There was a severe lack of customer care from the team that acted on my behalf. It was a very stressful and drawn out ordeal. I felt the service we received was disappointing to say the least. I would never use this law firm again and would not recommend them based on our experience.

My boyfriend & I have recently bought our first home. We dreaded the process because we were total novices in the property game and expected a rough ride.

A friend recommended TQ, as he has used the firm 3 times previously & we were not disappointed. From start to finish Carol & Chelsea have been brilliantly helpful & have made what is probably the most stressful journey of our lives, quite a bit easier.

The only issue we had with the entire transaction was when the vendors solicitors just “went home” whilst we were exchanging! Carol was in disbelief just as much as us & as a result, prioritised our exchange as urgent and the sale was completed by 9.20 the following morning. We couldn’t have asked for better representation.
