Placed order on 6th March and received confirmation email immediately. After a week I contacted the company via email, evenly after several emails I was told they would look into order. Then silence again. After bombarding Richard with phone calls and sending a text had a response he would contact me within 60 mins, more silence. Looks like I will not get order, which was for an expensive item. Now I just want to cancel my order and order from a company who can supply me with equipment I desperately need!

Horrible customer service.....Or no existing to be honest.
Don't answer mail, don't answer phone, don't answer chat.

Gladly took my money.....shipping products, not so much.

False promises and no delivery. I was lucky, but I am sure that most people don't have the time to pursue Richard Hunter. I went to the Citizens' Advice website for a formal letter demanding goods or refund and I had to send three because he was trading from different addresses (is that normal?). I did get my money back. I made payment on 7th October 2017 and my money was returned on 15th November 2017. To be charitable, I think this is a one-man band and the poor man is floundering.

Terrible service: quick confirmation email and payment processing, but 6 weeks later the item has not been sent, I have not received any email communication despite my repeated emails, and the owner Richard Hunter does not answer the phone. Avoid them.

Ordered a sports item for our child to use during the school summer holidays. It stated the item would be delivered within 8-10 days. Waited 11 working days, tried to phone the number on their website, never anyone answering. Left message for them to call, this was never returned. E-mailed to ask where item was, no reply. Waited another 10 days, e-mailed again, still no reply. Was charged for the item on the day we ordered. Almost 4 weeks later now and no item received and no reply from them. Have contacted credit card company to try to recover the amount we paid. Appalling company in my experience, don't ever use!

My husband has been buying Track And Field equipment with this website shop for 5 years, with no problems at all.

As well as offering a variety of products, the prices are very competitive as well. We run a local Sports Club in Essex, training the next Olympic hopefuls, so the equipment must be top quality and very durable.

We highly recommend you take a look at the wide variety of products, and more importantly look at how affordable they all are.
