My issue stemmed from having squirrels access my roof.
Jack is the perfect representative for Tracker Pest Control and a gentleman that has restored my faith and trust with a smaller independent trades business. He not only holds himself to account but is an expert (including legislation) that has a natural aptitude to articulate coherently and decipher language to a less informed audience i.e. me the customer.
I noticed, from my experiences with Jack, that he diaries everything to ensure he does not compromise with his assurances and is a professional using his expertise to find solutions even where it involves thinking widely.
The resolution to my issue, with squirrels in the roof, was compounded by having limited access through the presence of a loft. Jack sought the solution, unlike his peers, to resolve the issue despite it being an unwanted challenge.
I'm truly grateful for his perseverance, professionalism and availability despite having a demanding schedule. Such was my experience that I have already recommended him to family, friends and colleagues.

OMG…after calling jack frantic, he arrived within the hour, in the snow!
He put me at ease straight away, he identified where the mice where coming in from did what he needed to do,

I called Jack because I had a problem with Starlings nesting in my roof. He came and filled in several holes above the guttering. He cleaned out some debris from the guttering. He turned up on time and was extremely professional. I wouldn’t hesitate in using him again. Excellent service.

From the moment Jack came to site to survey he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me, there was an active honeybee hive within the chimney and that it had probably been there a long time. He gave me lots of information and came back with a quote quickly. Jack and team removed a 14tf hive within days. The team were just amazing! It was not a cheap job but worth every penny for the service I received. I would recommend Jack and team to anyone.

Jack is amazing. Professional, quick, affordable, he will do anything to help. I called him late Friday afternoon, he came over within an hour, free of charge, and dealt with the issue at hand. He goes above and beyond. I wouldn't use anyone but him :)

Superb. Jack came to our house at the drop of a hat on a Sunday night when all other calls to numerous pest control companies were either unavailable if unable to come until the morning. We had a wasp nest in the edge of our roof just above our bedroom and noticed they were burrowing through the ceiling. Just about spotted and filled with poly filler before calling Jack who provided an excellent, knowledgeable and efficient service on a Sunday night. Highly recommend!

Jack explained what he was going to do to remove the wasp nest. Procedure done in no time. Jack stipulated that if I was to see any wasps the following day to contact him straightaway and he would return at no extra cost. No wasps seen this morning so “gone for good”. Jack gave me fantastic advice over the phone about bees living inside a chimney of a house we are thinking of buying. If we buy the property we will definitely be using Jack to remove the bees safely and onto a new home.

They were quick, efficient, friendly and very careful sealing the edge gaps in the solar panels from pigeons on our roof. We have fragile tiles and did really well not damaging them.
