Terrible

Terrible. The stuff doesn't work and they never get back except to say things like sorry for the delay (two months after I contacted support,) and, it all looks fine on our end. Never a solution at all.
I don't recommend it not only because almost the whole lot doesn't function as it should or at all including waveform or whatever it's called which doesn't work at all. No buttons work or anything. But I don't recommend it coz you will be ignored for months on end and probably completely.
I got mine free or else I would be very annoyed at their terrible service.
It's not worth it free either of course unless you like clogging your computer up with stuff that doesn't work ?!?

Daw deleted songs on its own

I have Waveform 12 pro. Loved the DAW up until it started deleted my projects on its own. I lost some valuable hard work thanks to this bug. Reached out to customer support, they asked me about the problem, I told them, they told me they'd help me restore a backup but then never did. They never got back to me and then ignored my email after I told them I haven't heard from them in a while and wanted an update on the problem. Customer support were friendly and professional, but they weren't helpful, and it was rude and disrespectful of them to ignore me and to leave me hanging. Love the DAW tho.

Best daw on the market for workflow

Best daw on the market for workflow, single screen work flow, decent piano roll and composition tools that aid composition and works on Ubuntu or any Linux distro native. Easily best daw for Linux for recording or composition. Reasonable upgrade pricing every two years. Frequent sales. Tons of decent plugins and probably the fastest work flow going. Second only to fl studio overall and works great with fl studio as a vsti inside waveform. Really worth looking at for anyone. Also a yearly update keeps things moving and progressing in terms of daw features and updates.

Software is great, when it works . . . but very problematic

Software is great . . . when it works, but very problematic.
I had been using the LE version WaveRazor, a type of synth DAW, very nice. HOWEVER, I made the apparent fatal mistake of trying to install the demo version WaveRazor pro, which not only didn't work, but disabled the LE version already installed.
I tried installing LE on another computer, SAME RESULT. I tried deinstalling and reinstalling, multiple times, with previous and current versions of LE.
Apparently there's some sort of hidden security key embedded in their download process (have to install their download interface before downloading any apps).
The support people, though friendly, were either incapable of recognizing this, or were trying to hide this problem (I have no doubt others have encountered the same thing).
On their website, it explains (buried in an obscure text area) that installing a demo version will prevent future downloads of the same demo, etc.
Apparently, there is an obvious bug in this current security / download and install setup, BUT THEY ARE INCAPABLE OR UNWILLING TO FIX THIS.
Very sad, in that the WaveRazor software itself, when working, is very cool, but until they can get it together with this weird installation process, I wouldn't recommend messing around with it.

PS
I did try installing on a laptop, with different IP / router address . . . and yes, it works there, but I can't use either of my desktops that I use daily for my music production.
