Sub standard product and service

Unfortunately the gps tracker failed after a few months and wasted a lot of my time. I informed the company but they kept asking me to try different things - they were in denial that their product could be faulty. This happened a couple of times but it still failed to track. I was tracking equipment so nothing critical but if I had been tracking an elderly person...
They kept me hanging on and eventually I just sent it back to them. Unfortunately the warranty had run out! So they kept me at bay with suggestions until the warranty ran out. Pretty poor practice imo. Then they just kept it. Nothing since May. Avoid!
