Ordered a tractor tire rim for my 3930. Fast service, received in 4 days. Packed in box, new condition.
Just what I needed. Good price. Got e-mail on delivery status. Great results, no problems.

John was very impatient and condescending. I was simply asking questions about a clutch for a Belarus tractor and he made me feel like I had done something wrong by seeking his help. While I was waiting for him to do some checking on the product, I could hear him huff and puff and I felt like the little pig whose house was about to blow down. I told him that I would take my business elsewhere as it was obvious he had no patience for me as a potential customer.

We first bought parts ended up with extra charges in our card had to get a new card now sent part back they received it on Nov 7. Said they issued credit then they said it would be awhile waited a month said it would show in 2 days then now it will be 10 days. Now it is our credit card so that is not processing it right i think this business is a scam i think you need someone in customer service and someone to work your accounting dept. But I can see this is part of your scam

Absolute worst Company to do business with. After you buy a product And pay for it then is a product they tack on extra for shipping without you knowing. Save your money and do business elsewhere.

We have placed 5 orders for over 20 items, and have only had 1 item delivered. Their website does not tell you if items are in stock. We are giving up on them.

Order a gasket set about 5 days ago, called and left 4 voice messages, wrote 6 emails and no response to any of them. Stay away from this company, they are a complete joke.

The first place that not only had what a needed at the BEST prices, but they also even responded to confirm I had not made a mistake when they noticed a part did not match the tractor I owned!

When they ship a good part you are happy and don't realizethey have horrible customer service. When they ship a bad part that requires you dealing with customer service good luck even trying to talk with someone. You call and sit on hold and no one answers, then after 5 minutes you automatically get dumped to voicemail. If you leave a message, don't expect a call back anytime soon. Maybe they will call me back next week?

They sent wrong part C6 bearings when I orders H1 even though it is stamped on the bearing. I took pictures and sent the part back with their return authorization number. They claim one of the 16 bearings was polished and now 3 months LATER I have no money or wrong part since they have it to resell.....and they will not return my calls or emails... DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A SCAM?????? AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!! If I can't settle with my credit card I WILL TAKE THIS !@#$%$@ TO COURT!
