Dont deposit as you wont get your sign up spins and they will charge you for withdrawing the money, they also blamed the spins not coming through on the withdrawal.

Yes what can I say, In the beginning not a bad experience with it, payouts were very fast. Sometimes within half an hour! Until I won really large amounts and wanted to cash out, I later got a call from my manager, who indicated that the money I had to pay out was not paid out because he said I had used a bonus. However, my email also stated that I could only claim this bonus via the live chat, which I never did as I don't like to play with a bonus. Also, the bonus of 200 euros was not credited after my deposit that I made. (I never applied for this so) Also have all proof in the mail. So I was told that the amount was not paid out and he will be deleted from the department anyway. The manager said because I see that you are a big player I want to buy you off for 2000 euros. Of course I did not agree with this and I looked it up higher, so I went to the MGA and raised this, the casino had canceled my payout in the meantime and I was just told that I had to pay the 60 K that I had on payout. had been wasted!!! This was in 2019

Deposit £10. Added a promo code, then the game wasn't working. Contacted Halyna at Customer support, and they offered me £2.50 as an equivalent to 25 free spins of 25p each, no wagering.

Got my notification for withdrawal on the sixteenth of may . It is now the twenty ninth and I have still not recieved it . Customer support will only take you in circles so unfortunately my only course of action is this scathing review . Maybe they'll just keep my money , idk.

Stay away from TRADA Casino. They took it upon themselves to self exclude me only after depositing monies and not winning anything. Then I still had a deposit of $225 CAD in transit via INTERAC and TRADA had no problem accepting the funds AFTER excluding me. Now it’s been a big issue to try and get them to send back the money to me. The agents are rude and ignore your questions. They use a script. They ask you to use the document uploader - but you cannot because I am excluded as they felt they should ban me based on their perceptions. I had just started with this online casino and never ever made a withdrawal. This is great in a way because they all seem to be scammers who won’t pay up whether it’s money you win or money you deposited. I sent them a void cheque via one of the chat logs and it wasn’t good enough. They want a bank statement with full name, BIC, IBAN, and bank logo. My bank statement doesn’t display my middle name and it shows my account number but not the BIC but all this info is already on the void cheque. TRADA Casino are gangsters just like all the online casinos and hence why I wouldn’t sign up to any of them.

Don't bother signing up. They are a scam company. If you try withdraw they will do anything to delay or stop the withdrawal. Avoid at all costs

At first I loved the site grate selection of games and customer service was happy to help with bonus that had not been credited. Then I made a few deposits that haven’t been credited to my account nor sent back to my bank account £120 to be exact to be told that the funds will be returned in 48hrs so I’ve waited the length of time to be told today that the funds are not being sent because it’s got to be sent to relevant department to be looked at witch will be 48hrs or more quick to take your money but not fast to give it back after a error has obviously occurred. Customer service is helpful in certain areas but definitely not when it comes to certain situations.

I deposited £10 expecting a free spin bonus to be awarded. I received no bonus and the live chat member informed me that my account was banned from the bonus. I therefore went to withdraw my funds only to discover that there is a £1 withdrawal fee. This is clearly a scam to take £1 from each new customer and should be looked into by the gambling commission.

They delay the payouts as much as they can requesting already uploaded documents, the support agents are providing different answers to the same matter. I have multiple cashouts/withdrawals made between 3rd August and 6th August. They cleared the most recent withdraw and for the other payouts they said to wait. No timeframes no nothing. It has passed bit over one week and still nothing. The one star reviews are true, stay away from this casino! Better spend your money elsewhere.

Disgusted with Trada!! Never asked for bonus but they just added it anyway!! Won money, had to wager £267 for £8 bonus!!! Wager £300 on fluffy but still saying wagering requirement £267!! So I withdraw money. Upload my id. Then get a request to send proof of address. Then get further request to take a selfie holding my bank card? so been waiting a week to get my funds out which is still pending. Absolute nonsense. stay clear from this site as they avoid paying you out

Not a good experience. They claim'no hidden fees', but when I tried to withdraw there it was, a hidden fee. I raised this with customer support and they insisted it was clearly in their terms.

I checked. No mention of any fees in their cashout policy. Eventually they sent me to the T&Cs for a different site, Karamba.com, that include a vague statement of "we reserve the right to charge admin fees". Doubtfully legal.
