i'm a no nonsense kind of of a guy and was quite expecting the usual london hard sale from some pointy shoe white sock knob.However i was very surprised at the way i was treated right from the outset .i had travelled for 4 hours in dismal weather from west wales to see two cars ,one bmw x3 and one bmw x5 .both cars were clean but had had no "sales preparation" which was good as i got to see any little faults blemishes etc .Ali gave the keys and promptly left me alone to look around the cars at my leisure which i duly did for both .the only time ali came out to me was to offer a test drive in one or both again when i was ready.Both these cars and others there were of a very high quality and clearly had been sourced with care .i settled on the x3 and a very fair deal was struck.there are no discounts as such but ali was quite happy to offer little extras that for the garage are cost effective and for the customer confidence building .i had a fresh mot and a full tank of fuel and a little cash off just to sweeten the deal.the car by the way is virtually fault free with it needing only a inexpensive part .it comes with a full comprehensive warranty anyway ,so no problem .in conclusion if your after an honest car ,straight forward sales people,no hassle or fuss .this is where to go ,i will again for certain.
