I ordered some compound for my patio 31st may and by the 14 th June it had still not arrived, after a phone call, low and behold it had just arrived into stock, even though there was no notice given that they were waiting for this item to arrive… fast forward 2 weeks 29 th of June I ordered more……. I’m still waiting!!!

Ordered patio joining compound, now 10 days further down the line and still no reply or any indication of when this will be delivered. Most other companies would at least give some sort of notification of delivery.
Yet this company are advertising next day delivery.
Buy elsewhere! would be my advise.

This company have now responded back with very satisfying results so I am retracting my first statement, so on that basis I will use this company again.

Order placed, couple of days later order arrived.
Another order placed, double the quantity, Trade Building Products contacted me by email because the courier wanted an exstortianate price for delivery.
Refund promised and was made OK.
I have found Trade Building Products to be 100% dependable, totally honest and provide a great choice of products.

I had been having great trouble for many months in trying to obtain a particular product, and eventually
after finding a company online that advised they had the product 'in stock' I placed my order. After many many weeks of waiting for the product to arrive and numerous phone calls later, there seemed to be no hope or prospect of me ever receiving the product I so desperately needed, so I decided to search the internet again, and eventually found my saviour - Trade Building Products. Their website stated the product I required was 'in stock' so I immediately called up and the phone was answered without delay by Ben Wiltshire who was the e-commerce manager. I explained the problem to Ben - he was fantastic. He went to the exact place in the warehouse to check to make sure the product was actually 'in stock' for me first - which it was. Ben counted them and advised they had 73 on the shelf - I thought great, at least my husband can now finally finish off the job he started months ago, but could not finish, due to the problematic availability of the product from all of the online companies I had initially searched. I immediately placed the order as soon as I hung up the phone. Extremely fast delivery - it was sent out to me the very next day, and I received it the next working day after that. I can only say that my whole experience from start to finish in dealing with Trade Building Products, and especially Ben Wiltshire was outstanding, to say the least. The service received was first class and second to none. Ben was more than helpful, pleasant, friendly, and courteous to deal with over the phone, let alone highly efficient and professional. Ben went out of his way to assist, and he was above and beyond helpful, and it was more than greatly appreciated. I would most definitely not hesitate to use this company again in the future, and would highly recommend to others also - the whole experience was so pleasurable, easy and hassle free, to say the least. If more companies conducted business the way Trade Building Product does - then the world would be a far better place !! Received a phone call from Victoria to say that my online purchase had been returned to them and was this item required, yes I replied, ok let me see what I can do, give me 5mins, ok. Received a call back 5 mins later to say that one of the bosses would drop the parcel of on the way home that evening. Wow what a team, above and beyond on customer service will definitely be using this company again and again

My only slight issue is that it took about a week to deliver the grout so I missed a weekend to install, which is the only time I have available.
Other than that all good, especially the price!!

This is the first time I have used Trade Building Products, the service that I received was highly professional, very efficient, all in all a first class service.

I found ordering my goods very easy. And I was kept informed about when goods would be delivered very good service.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Order resiblock sealer and colour enhancer on 16th June still not received. They don’t answer the phone or answer emails. After writing to them on FB messenger I received a phone call and a promise that it would be dipatched tomorrow for next day delivery this was 1st July. It still has not been sent. They still don’t answer the phone. I want my money refunded in full. I will never buy anything from this company again. Order TBP/120121798

They went above and beyond to make sure my delivery arrived in time and provided the product for a great price. I even got a phone call to say my item had been dispatched and let me know it was on the way. Fantastic service

Superb service start to finish, ordered some bostik patio grout and was told 5 days for delivery due to courier leadtimes. The item took 2 days to arrive!

Would highly recommend, especially due to the current circumstances in the UK.
