Very fast delivery, product as expected.

We bought an incorrect product online, with free delivery. They offered to replace it with the correct one, collect and deliver free of charge. Was not expecting that. We couldn't wait so took it back to hamilton to swap. Warehouse guys were amazing.

Delivery was ok, but didnt receive good communication. Product turned up without me knowing it was coming. Pricing is good.

I ordered two products, the first came and the second was delayed with no communication. After trying to communicate with them and getting frustrated by unclear replies, it did finally arrive about 2 months later. The box was broken and parts missing. I tried to contact them and they said something would be done about it the messenger conversation would be closed so that it would go to email. I never heard again from them. I will not buy from them again.

Worst service ever, it's been 2 and a half weeks of gaslighting....
Ordered a fridge 2nd of June, it came within a week, damaged. Finally I returned it via pickup 20th of June, where they promised it would be a swop, bringing the new one on the same truck as the damaged one is leaving on. Since then I've been waiting for any communication from them, receiving nothing, until last week Tuesday when I started calling them each day(CHC branch) each time promising that they're escalating the situation, and some how every time I call the dispatch manager isn't answering the phone. Each one one of them promising an update via email. Still nothing, Monday I called head office (a few times) , still the lies continued, all of a sudden the item was marked to be picked up in Auckland? And that the error would be corrected and the fridge would be sent on the next available date either yesterday or the day before, I jumped on the chat bot today, requesting a cancelation, it's been an hour but at least "Ace" is getting me some ware

Good pricing and well set out

item not handled properly and received damaged, requested a return .. their process is not very good. item still sitting on the front porch a week later. also, the delivery took a month to start with !

Great shop with a huge selection of of products, household, hardware, appliances etc

This is just a reply to Trade Depot reply to me and another review of yet again the worst service ever.

There reply to my last review is just to show all us buyers that they care, what a joke no one has ever contacted me at all re experience, so again another let down from their customer care!!??
Unfortunately, they did not send all the rails needed for the kit I bought and expect you to use off cuts to finish railing. As it's the same kit I had to, believe me under not wanting to, order one rail to be delivered, waited 2 weeks, nothing so started the whole process of contacting them, if I could charge them for my time!!. Anyway, promise after promise of delivery over another two and half weeks, 8 emails, 8 texts saying being delivered end of day tomorrow, 8 times. What is that even about. Manager of delivery depot saying being delivered at least 4 times, staff must be trained to lie to customers.

Again this company is the worst in all ways if they looked at how much I have spent and still need to spend as new to NZ you would think go out of there way with some form of apology, but no nothing.

Stay away from them if you can they don't deserve any customers if this is how they treat they.

What an incredible service, communication second to none, prices are great and fast delivery. And when I had an issue, which by the way was my fault, they went out of their way to help me. I can’t recommend them highly enough, I’m a customer for life

Very good customer service by the warehouse team.

Everything was all good,just only when other item left behind, needs to pick up with in 2 days.
