I'd give this company 💯, their service has been fantastic.
Ordered a kitchen dinning table,the mango wood.was ready to deliver within 4 day's, it's a gorgeous table and the service was excellent from the beginning,was a little scratch,but hardly anything on the leg, they responded to my email and refunded me £30 .
I'd highly recommend them , solid wood and hand made too

I have purchased the Geo Mango 140cm Large Sideboard after being let down by another company.
After seeing some reviews, I opted for the unwrapped delivery, to avoid hustle if anything was damaged. I should have not worried - the sideboard was delivered well packaged, no damage.
However, I expected the packaging to be taken away with this more expensive option - not included. Something that wasn’t stated on the website and it was a bit of a let down.
Another missed point - missing pegs for internal shelves. None were included, which was surprising. Matching shelf holders was difficult as the pre-drilled holes are not a standard size.
Sideboard itself is made from beautiful wood and it’s sturdy. It feels elegant and timeless.

I've had a great experience with this company. The day after I placed my order someone from customer service called me to let me know that one of the items that I'd ordered was a slightly different range than the other items, which I had not realised. I cancelled that item, which was immediately refunded, no problems. I made a few other changes to my order which were all actioned.
I ended up just ordering the Dakota Light tallboy which arrived yesterday. While unpacking it I actually said "wow" as the wood grain and pattern is even more lovely than indicated online. The whole unit is sturdy and well put together, the drawers are deep and I absolutely love it.
I highly recommend both this company and the Dakota range.

We’ve searched and searched for a fruitwood lamp table to match our existing mango wood book table in our lounge.
We found a perfect Jali lamp table with Trade Furniture Company at a great price.
Delivery is excellent from their own drivers - and the tracking/time slot is very accurate.
Although we had a slight problem with one lamp table - this was quickly and perfectly resolved by the excellent after sales staff… who went above and beyond to rectify - to expedite a replacement.
Highly recommend this company for quality products at a great price - with first class delivery and sales staff.

This is my second order from Trade furniture and won't be my last. From ordering to delivery excellent fast service. Good communication from placing the order.The wood is beautiful,not the flimsy rubbish but proper solid wood. Chris the driver came with dust sheets to protect my carpets and placed stuff where I wanted it. Highly recommend the firm and furniture

Easy process from ordering to communication of delivery details. The tv unit I ordered is great quality and I am pleased with the product. Wayne the delivery driver was very polite and helpful.

I took delivery of my Mango sideboard yesterday and I have to say it is beautiful. I am over the moon with it. Solid wood and it fits in my room just right. In fact it is so good that I will now consider purchasing a coffee table and tv stand. Great service, delivery and product.

We bought a table from them, thinking let’s take a chance as the price was too good to be true for real wood. We saw some strange reviews with people complaining about the returns and damage so we were pleased we didn’t have issues with ours. Those reviews were also making us concerned about the quality.

After all that we still went ahead and ordered the table and we are soo happy we did. As for the communications. They were amazing and kept us informed of all stages as well as the delivery.

Honestly we had such a great experience that we’ve been checking their stock for other products to buy from them. 100% recommend this company.

It’s so refreshing to have a positive customer service these days and companies like this need to be praised. So that customers share their positive experiences too and not just attract keyboard warriors when they need to complain.

We purchased a set of tables which when they arrived, although lovely, did not match our current furniture. Trade Furniture offered to send out samples to see if there was another colour we would like. Unfortunately none of the colours matched. They collected the tables as a return with no quibble whatsoever. A fantastic Company with old fashioned, customer service at its helm. Chris the delivery driver was spot on. Phoned to arrange a time and kept in contact throughout. Was very polite and made sure the unit was placed in my livingroom . My unit is absolutely fabulous well worth the price. I ordered the samples of wood before hand just to make sure. Great experience

Beautiful craftsmanship. Ordered a TV unit. Delivery was fast. Delivery driver excellent. The piece fits in exactly with our existing furniture. Cannot recommend more highly.
