most appauling service i have ever experienced!
My partner and I went to get a quote from the Enfield dealership. When we arrived the salesman present, did not acknowledge us at all and instead picked up his mobile and rang someone just saying "they're here" I thought this was an odd welcome but continued anyway. He conducted an inspection on our vehicle and then asked if he could drive the car. As I couldn't wait in the office I jumped in the back of the 3 door car. I was horrified by this man's driving, to start he did not wear a seatbelt and while reversing out of the dealership I had to raise my voice for him to stop as he was reversing into oncoming traffic without even slowing down. This happened twice, he then used explicatives to describe the innocent driver's behaviour. After this point he carried on with no seatbelt speeding in our car (at least 10mph over the speed limit). By the time we got back I couldn't wait to get out of the car. To my bemusement, the salesman then slammed the door in my face and then sniggered when he heard how utterly annoyed I was. This is the worst service or even general treatment I have ever received from anyone in my life. I dread to think the possible outcome to our car if he had been allowed to drive our car on his own.
