I found Trade Supplies via Amazon. They had the lowest prices. Good tracked delivery with UK Mail. No complaints.

The clips, used for securing tarpaulins, etc. look great but they're so stiff as to be almost unusable. As a woman, I can barely open them and the men I've tried them on (various ages 35-55) can just about use them, although squeezing them fully open is impossible. The website is great with lots of gear that's essential for market traders. However, when I phoned with an enquiry about tarpaulin sizes, I was promised a return phone call, but never received one. I would have appreciated a response, even if it was an honest, 'sorry, don't know' because I'd made the effort to contact. As it was, I had to buy the tarpaulins I needed anyway, because there was nowhere else to go that offered better value; but the customer service and personal touch could have been better

Re ordered replacement Tarpaulin for one purchased Dec 2011.
Previously needed some clips that were out of stock online but the ladies in the office went out of their way to locate and sent asap.

Previous Tarpaulin has been permanently up and only just started to shed.

Definitely recommend the company as very efficient. All good so far.
