This is the second time buying from Trade Sports and on both occasions its been brilliant. Super quick delivery and great quality products. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

The order arrived quickly. The trainers were good but too small. I went through the returns link but have not received anything from them. No response to emails and no returns label. Not happy with their customer service. I won’t be using them again.

Update. They did reply to my emails eventually. They sent the return label and I was able to return. They have gone up in my initial estimation.

My item was incorrect. They sent my package 2 and a half sizes too big I had a hard time getting a return/refund label. I am still trying to inquire a return shipping label and have not gotten a response after a email was sent

Brought a pair of women's trainers a few days ago. I have never heard of this company, but the delivery was quick, the trainers appear to be genuine Adidas and arrived in a decent new condition. Very happy with the service and trainers received. Would use this company again, thank you :)

I didn't spot the delivery address had not loaded correctly so called them to amend, spoke to them, they amended it while on the phone and thanked me for calling. Top Service.

Recently bought a white pair of 80s style Reebok trainer ankle boots and I absolutely love them! Very comfortable and stylish. Great service from Trade Sports and free fast delivery also.

Ordered a pair of trainers and although they were fine, I had to return them as they were too small. Return went ok and they 'refunded' me the same day they were delivered to them.

This is where the problems started, the email advised 3-5 working days for it to show in my account, this has now passed. I have spoken to them and he said he would investigate and contact me, which he hasn't so I tried to call numerous times and the phone just rings. I have emailed them and again, no response. I have spoken to my bank to start a chargeback.

Ordered some sambas from trade sports (£30 less than retail) and was delivered a few days later with no issues at all.

The seller is “deceiver” ignore or you’ll regret it!
Their product is not as described on their website!

It said “new” on their site, when I ordered they sent me used and damaged product with no tags, when I returned paying return cost, they said “has no tags” and then asked me to pay again to resend it back to me refusing either refund or replacement,but I received without tags!
I am now filing money back guarantee application via PayPal as the guy David said”I am the owner, means customer can do nothing!
