I bought adidas trainers from these. Unfortunately they failed after wearing a few times. Very quick to reply sent them back and they refunded almost instantly. Fantastic customer service

Bad returns

Not massively keen. Ordered trainers, was sent a pair in very bad condition, when I emailed the owner of the company apolgised and offered a return. The return was at my expense (bit disappointing given the shoe quality, it wasn’t as if I’d just changed my mind) and the return policy is not super clear or user friendly. You either have to order a £4.99 label by adding it to your basket, or arrange own postage. Once I ordered a label, I had to chase it up, it wasnot automatically sent to my email. At one point I wondered if it was being posted to me. When the owner finally emailed it to me, I posted the item back. Two weeks later, no acknowledgment or refund so I had to reach out yet again, owner said he was on holiday and would deal with refund once back. When he did come back he processed the refund, I am yet to receive it but accept it may take a few days.

This company is definitely a one man band type setup, so bear in mind if you’re looking for easy returns/to try on a few sizes and return or you’re shopping for presents.

The prices were good for the brand, but I’m unsure if I would shop here again.

There was a couple of problems with this return which have only just been resolved this week. Your return was delivered somewhere else and not to us, this is not your fault but from our side we only refund items once we have them in our hands. Once you told us the tracking showed them as delivered we refunded and started to investigate. The label is £3 and not £4.99. I did email you back asking for photos of the shoes in a bad condition but you didn't send me any and they finally arrived in pristine condition. There is no lessons to be learnt on this one just put it down to miscommunication.

Amazing service, excellent price and all in all 10 star experience

Where do I start, was looking for some new trainers and saw them on trade sports at a really good price. Hadn’t heard of the company before so checked the reviews and all looked good.
Put the order in and a few days later the trainers turned up exactly as described and absolutely perfect.
