I got the wrong product so needed an exchange. The advisor I spoke to, Jemma Porter, quickly helped me find the right replacement, even checking with the manufacturer, and arrange the exchange. When there were problems with the exchange, Jemma helped again, liaising with the supplier on my behalf until everything was sorted.

Can’t thank Jemma enough! The Charlbury Arch I bought arrived after 4 days, however one of the rafters had a crack in it. After contacting customer service, Jemma contacted the manufacturer and they agreed to send a replacement rafter, which arrived after 2 days! Thanks very much Jemma x

I needed to request a safe delivery space be added to my order as I wasn’t going to be at home. Jemma reacted immediately following my request and confirmed the arrangement had been sent to the supplier.

I ordered a Blanco sink and had a confirmation email instantly. I then had a follow up email to confirm the process as a direct order and within a few days my new sink had arrived. Unfortunately, there was some minor damage which I raised via phone. I was asked to send over some images and they were sent to the manufacturer promptly by Jemma P. She was incredibly helpful, she addressed my issue without delay and kept me informed along the way. Jemma provided a level of customer I would hope for and she made a potentially problematic issue as smooth as possible. It isnt often staff in service get praise as they have to sweep up the mess they didnt create. But this is certainly deserved. Thank you for your help Jemma, you're a star.

Ordered a part in January this year never used this company before, but I shouldn't have been worried part arrived as stated, fitted and working, yesterday part failed rang them, told me to email them so I did ,then spoke to Kyle on the phone long story short replacement part is on it's way today thanks to Kyle, restored my faith in customer service. Recently found this place for a job and didn’t realise it was so local to me. Managed click and collect easily, a few issues with my emails not coming through but called the office and spoke to Lydia and she was very helpful. We haven't received our orders yet, but Trading Depot have been absolutely briliant so far. Customer Services, and in particular Jemma and Nathan, have been outstaning in helping us navigate orders, delivery times etc. They always reply promptly, and get exactly what the issue is. Highly recommended!

Just had to contact the company to have an invoice sent over. Through their chat service to 'spoke' to Kyle Newcombe - answered and sorted my query efficiently.

I ordered a greenhouse for the garden, the price was very competitive and quick delivery times. Unfortunately we had an issue with missing parts but Jemma was extremely helpful and walked me through each step of the process until the issue was resolved. Excellent price for Neff oven and hob. Their customer sales team, particulary Adam Levy, was very responsive, with great communication in agreeing to a price match for one item that made the whole order work for me. Have used this company before and find them to be competitive and well worth looking at.

We purchased various sanitaryware items in 2023. Recently our slow closing toilet seat failed. I telephoned Trading Depot and Hermione advised me that the item was still under warranty and very efficiently sourced me a replacement item at no extra cost.
