Faultless from start to finish! I expected it to take longer and yet my items were delivered next day even though I ordered just before end of day. Price was very competitive too and communication was very good. Highly recommend them after my highly satisfying experience

I ordered a hansgrohe shower set and Envirovent extractor fan from Trading Depot which all arrived without any issues.

Brought a 2 seat bench in January. Only just put it together. I have never seen wood so light and rubbish like this, putting screws in the wood started splitting, not happy atall. The whole bench is so light , it definitely won't last long, very disappointed not worth the money paid .

Ordered item 08/02/26 arrived 04/04/26 (8 weeks approx) when it arrived it was the wrong item and tried to charge me for sending it back.

There was a problem with the delivery (DPD), but this was resolved promptly by Nathan, with excellent communication throughout.

My request to Trading Depot to remedy a faulty waste seal under guarantee was dealt with promptly and efficiently. My email was dealt with within 24 hrs by Hermione, customer service advisor , who kept me advised of information needed and updated me on action taken to deal with the issue.

I needed to order a new loo seat but inadvertently bought the wrong one. Hermione in Customer Services was most helpful in rectifying my mistake and, with the help of Roca, identified the product I needed.
I sent the initial seat back and was issued a refund within days.

I ordered a steel bath, which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, this arrived while I wasn't at home and had a large dent in it. When I contacted customer services, Jemma got back to me very quickly and arranged for a replacement bath to be delivered on the next business day, which arrived in good condition. I'm very pleased with how quickly Trading Depot managed to get this resolved.

I had a really great experience using the live chat support on this website. The response time was quick, and everything felt smooth and easy from the start.

What stood out the most was Kyle, the chat agent who assisted me. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly understand my concern and provided accurate, easy-to-follow solutions without making the process feel rushed or confusing. His friendly and professional attitude made the whole interaction feel genuinely pleasant.

It’s rare to come across customer support that is both efficient and personable, but Kyle definitely delivered on both. Because of this experience, I feel much more confident using this website and would not hesitate to reach out again if I need help.
