Terrible experience! Avoid at all costs!
Would like to add an update to original post:
Since my post we finally received the sills. They are damaged and our builder has said they have not been left long enough to set. We contacted TBS and informed them. They said it was not their fault, and will not taking responsibly. We asked for the masonry grout so our builder could try to repair. They said I needed to take down THIS REVIEW and they would send it to me! Just WOW! Again, do not use this company!!!

We made the mistake of choosing this company for our sills—what a disaster. They are unbelievably slow, almost as if they're working in reverse! TBS cannot provide a delivery date or time, and their communication is awful. Every week, I had to call for an update, only to be told by their robotic receptionist, "We don't have a delivery date yet." This dragged on for six weeks after placing the order, only to have the delivery delayed even further.
Their processes are outdated, and it's clear they need a serious overhaul. Thanks to their incompetence, our entire build is on hold. How this company still has customers is beyond me. If you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor and choose a different company!
