Your website is not easy to navigate…

Your website is not easy to navigate for non Italian speakers but today’s ferry trip was a failure as well. The 12:25 departure arrived in Amalfi over 45 mins late. Not because of weather or other act on nature but because your staff just didn’t care enough to even try to stay near the schedule. I will be strongly advocating that Nono e use your ferry service

My beautiful trip on board of GNV

I enjoyed my trip on the ship from civitavecchia (roma) to Palermo T. Imerese on 20th of October, the staffs are friendly, but my experience with senior chef staff wasn't good at all, he is a racist, he discriminated me because am black African, when saving the white guys food getting to me he stopped and life, I was lucky another young chef noticed it and come to serve me dinner, thank you Traghettilines wish to travel again on board.

Lengthy delays, faulty hydrofoil and poor comms

The hydrofoil was faulty on the return journey from Ustica but no information was given to passengers and the journey took 2 and a half hours longer than scheduled. Every time the vessel picked up speed it would list to 30 degrees, come close to capsizing before slowing down and returning to horizontal. Very scary for all the passengers.

I booked two tickets and a car the day…

I booked two tickets and a car the day before my trip. Everything seemed to go well, but I never received the tickets. I tried to log into the website to download them, but I kept getting an 'error, something went wrong' message, even today. I spent nearly three hours on the phone trying to reach customer support, and when it finally seemed like it was my turn, I was left waiting for over an hour without any response. I tried this three times, and my brother also tried calling a different office to help me, but we were just kept on hold with no resolution. It was incredibly stressful, and I had to purchase new tickets from the official Tirrenia website to catch the ferry. The only positive thing is that they never charged me, at least not yet. Avoid using this website—just go through the official one; it's cheaper, and you'll actually receive your tickets.
