top up security course
I paid for a top up security course. I went on the day I was supposed to but it turned out that they have not sent me a email with the details for the exam. So I wasted my day and had to book another date next week. Eventually I did the exam and was supposed to get the results in 7 working days, it's been three weeks now and still nothing. I have sent them emails asking them for the results, but they don't bother reading or answering them. When I call them on the phone they start making stuff up and lying and everyone is saying different things. Like our system is down or we are just going to send you the results, or you get it in few days. They are extremely rude and just hanging the phone up. Worst experience I had so far for doing a course.

First Rate
Once again, first rate tutoring from Tom. The fact that he has so much experience throughout the curriculum means he can throw in anecdotal evidence and an understanding of the industry and an insight into what happens outside of the classroom and in the real world. Looking forward to doing more courses with T4E in the future.
