Great experience shopping & good product
Great experience shopping. All went fine. Deliver was super quick and all the items were in good order.
We bought the Salta in/on the ground trampoline (244cm) and absolutely love it. Being partially in the ground it makes absolutely no noise unlike the ones on poles. Happy so far.

Good communication and friendly service. Pleased with quality of goods
Our trampoline arrived on the day they said and we were pleased with the product. We ordered a net that didn't come on that day, which was disappointing, After calling the supplier, they promised to investigate and rectify the problem. 5 minutes later we were called back to let us know the net was in the post.
This meant a few harrowing days without a net (as it was Easter weekend and the children couldn't wait), The friendly and apologetic way the problem was dealt with and quality of goods were great.
So far the non-stop imaginative jumping games and visits from neighborhood children to join in have been lovely.

Non availability of chosen product
The table tennis table we chose and paid for was not available however we were informed immediately and given an option of taking a cheaper model or paying in to upgrade. We chose the upgrade option. Product was delivered on the advised day and within the indicated time. I would buy from Trapolineland.nl in the future.
