Trampolines Online Reviews 

Placing my order was easy, there is a good range of products to choose from. Delivery was on the day I requested which meant that I could build it at my new house, so it was ready for when my son turned up, his face was a picture!

Trampoline was fairly easy to put together and seems like it's a good quality product, however it's missing a "D clip" which is where the jump mat is attached to a spring and in turn onto the frame. Due to this, there is a hole on one side easily big enough for an arm or leg to go through. I reported this back to Trampolines Online / JMP Stores, where I firstly received a response to say "It's not one of ours" to which I provided my invoice which proved it was. I then got a response to say "I placed one in the post yesterday, it's fine to use in the short term" on the 16th July. Since then, safe to say we've had some tears as arms have gone through the hole - thankfully no serious injuries. No jump mat has turned up & despite numerous emails - I haven't had any further updates or correspondence, which has led to this 1* review in desperation for a resolution.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered as it seems I'm not the first to be blanked when there is a problem and will no doubt be the last.

Sort it out please.

No one answers phones. Not sure if they are even trading

Be aware - took money then were uncontactable. Didn't respond to emails or phone calls. Website looks dubious in hindsight. Positive reviews are old and recent ones very negative. Have reported to Action Fraud

We placed an order last week - 21st July - no delivery no responses to emails or phone calls and voicemailbox full. No good reviews on here since last year. Assume a scam, gone out of business or are they just on holiday? Have started recovering the money through bank.

I am so disappointed. After reading these bad reviews I am starting to worry. I have spent nearly a thousand pounds on a new trampoline as I had to pay extra for delivery as we live in Northern Ireland. I bought it in May to be delivered in July. Received one email this month saying there was a delay for the distribution but that it would be out for delivery by 20th. No reply from emails and their message box is full. I'm starting to think they've closed down although their website is still up and running? I have used this company a few years ago and they were great. It's sad to see how things have changed.

Ordered a new net for my trampoline on the 13th July and expected to receive it around the 16-17th July. When it was never dispatched or received I started to worry so emailed to query. No reply. I tried to call but it just rings out. I think this company has gone into administration.

We ordered a trampoline via one of JPM Stores websites (Telstar Trampolines) and understood that it was on back order until 7th July. Since then we have had one update stating a further delay, and now no email response, no one answers a call and the voicemail mailbox is full. Assuming that they have gone out of business and we have no trampoline. Anyone else in the same predicament?

I ordered a pre order item in May for delivery w/c 7th July Received an email on 8th to say delivery is delayed to w/c 14th. I did reply and we had a couple of email exchanges where they offered a refund but as we needed the trampoline I declined. On 18th I called and emailed and no reply, on 23rd I called and emailed and no reply same several times today and now the phone mailbox is full. The online form doesn't work. I have emailed their sister company. Their phone mailbox is full as well (same one I think) their online form works so have sent a message. I have paid £700 of saved money for this item and now I wish I had said yes to the refund. I just need a reply of when it will come or a refund to purchase elsewhere.

Ordered and paid, no response. Has the company shut down? No response on phone or email, no sign of order

Ordered a trampoline online 12 July 25. Email received explaining delivery overnight on the 16th July. No courier contact. It’s now the 22nd July. Emailed Trampolines online no reply. Their phone number does not work. Contacted them on Facebook messenger but no reply. Searched online for other phone numbers but they do not work. No contact details on the invoice and emails from no reply address.
Beware of this company, not a great experience so far. Hopefully this review will prompt contact from them? If so will leave update

Wrong parts sent in the box. Ruined my daughters birthday & birthday party. NO ONE answers either phone number or replies to emails or voicemails. £450 down and no trampoline and now my daughter hasn't had a birthday present.

A phone call back to rectify would be great

I would just like to update this review as the company did get back to me but let’s just say the customer service was disappointing. Worst of all my email was replied to with the companies email thread which included a laughing emoji at the fact my child used the trampoline as therapy for special educational needs and not even an apology or explanation as to what they found so funny, absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

I have tried to contact the company as I have an issue with the trampoline, but nobody replies to emails and I can’t get through on the phone. Avoid for this reason.
