I have interacted with Transcat through the last 3 companies I have worked for spanning 20 years. The last purchase was a fluke 754 with a free pressure module. This "extra" made the difference selling the purchase to management. Once the PO was cut the delivery was timely.

Communication is excellent
Communication is excellent. I'm always informed if there's a delay on my tools, if the tools needs to be repaired and send to vendor. Transcat even notifies me when a tool fails calibration and offerer to purchase a replacement tool.

I like that it is in North America and when you call to order or for support, you are talking to someone in North America!
THAT is a HUGE deal for me as I no longer want my personal information to be at outsourced locations!
Also, they got my equipment to me way ahead of schedule. One always likes that, now don't we!
