The company was notified of the delayed flight. They could either honor the flight info or cancel the transfer. They replied with the original flight arrival time and said they were tracking the flight. They were incorrect, so I corrected that the flight would not arrive until 8:36 and not 7:10.
Driver arrived for a 7:10 arrival (not my fault) when the flight actually arrived at 8:22 the baggage was delayed. The driver was planning to leave, but charged an additional fee to stay.
When I reached out, their customer service stated that they were watching the flight and the driver had already waited too long for a 7:20 arrival time (the flight was due to get in at 8:36!). Unable to listen to what I was explaining - dismissed my concerns and complaints - charged the fee, even though they were in the wrong.

Late arrival to Dublin- awesome service by Hamza
Yesterday when we eventually landed in Dublin from Bristol all was taken care of by Hamza. There had been numerous delays and issues and he took care of us. My Mum who was in a wheelchair felt cared for and I would absolutely recommend this business for transfers. Warm, caring and made what could have been painful much easier. Colin

Absolutely perfect
I highly recommend this company for any transportation needs. The driver was very friendly, and chatty and gave us a few pointers of where is good to go etc. The journey from airport to hotel was seamless with no issues at all.
