Easy to order and dependable customer service
It was easy to order our table and benches online. We ordered the threshold service and were excited to get upgraded to White Glove service. Jacob has been most helpful in explaining what WG service is, and we’re beyond thrilled that assembly and hauling away the trash is included! Not only are the products made well and esthetically pleasing, but the customer service (Andrew, thank you!) was incredible! We accidentally received the wrong color table and the bench was cracked during shipping. Both issues were resolved in a timely manner. We are very pleased with TT and will continue to support them, not only because of the high quality products, but because this company has honor and integrity, which seems to be hard to come by these days.

This is not a serious company.
They have great tables, but I'm trying to get a desk. No one answered my questions about the desk. I've seen the tables at my local furniture store and at Costco, but no one could tell me about the desk. I set-up an appointment on the TT website to get a "virtual tour" but the representative never dialed-in. When I emailed them, they never let me video call... this didn't help me SEE the product. When I tried the chat feature on the website, they asked a bunch of qualifying questions but didn't answer my actual question(s). I think it's a legitimate company because I've seen their products, but I don't think it's a serious company b/c they have terrible service. Too bad, because I think the desk is a great idea. I tried to give them my money, but they wouldn't take it. I ended up going to Ikea instead. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
