My neighbor is from El Salvador and does not speak English. She needed a certified English translation of her birth certificate before she could fix a mistake on her daughter's birth certificate in the DC Vital Records office. She found out on Friday that she needed a translation by Monday. After trying two other companies that were very expensive and/or with no testimonials, I was blessed to find Translation Shop. I was nervous ordering online w/o being able to talk with someone. But I received a prompt reply to my email from a real person, Silsila Delsooz, and she stayed in touch with me through the entire process, answering my questions, and providing a well-done, affordable translation and letter of certification.
