The product is second to none. Not only this, they have fantastic customer service. They legitimately care about thier customers. You don't see that level of support anymore. If you are considering using Transparent labs to help you achieve your goals you will not be disappointed.

Initially, I was just about to go through my bank to run a dispute, because I haven’t heard from Transparent Labs in a week, via email, regarding my order.

So I utilized the chat feature on the Transparent Labs website. I am extremely glad that I did.

And, Brandon quickly helped issues a return, and when I asked for an address to return, Brandon said “no need.”

I could not accept a refund while holding on to over $100 worth of product — as great of a service that would be, I appreciate the gesture.

And I insisted for a return address, which he gave me, but it wasn’t necessary for him. But I want to say that it is necessary to point out that Brandon is a phenomenal agent, a great asset to Transparent Labs, and I have such a positive view of this company.

To you, Brandon, thank you again. It’s something probably small for you, but that was pretty great for me!!!! The best Customer Service in my entire life of doing business with anyone. God bless!

I’ve been a customer of TL for a while now. Not only are the products great and effective, but the customer service is head and shoulders above the rest.

I ordered protein from this website but it's restricted in my country and couldn't get a chance for checking. That's why I requested for a refund and they responded within 24hours and processed a refund. I'm very happy with their service

I have a subscription for their bulk black pre workout and I was getting the sour gummy worm flavor and decided to switch to the blue raspberry but when I went in to order it early the flavor had switched to watermelon peach without me noticing and I accidentally placed the order. I ended up reaching out to customer support right after but it was after 5pm so they didn’t see it until the morning and because they ship stuff out so fast they didn’t have a chance to catch the order before it shipped. They ended up giving me the options to send it back for a full refund to my card or keep it and they will give me store credit to purchase the blue raspberry. What an amazing policy and the person I talked to was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company and the bulk black pre workout is amazing. Far better than any other preworkout I’ve tried and I’ve tried a lot

love their products. I take ZMO before bed and it really helps calm me down and improve my sleep. I also use their protein powder—Chocolate Peanut Butter is by far my favorite. I’ve tried S’mores and Blueberry Pancake (my wife wanted to try that one), but they weren’t really for me. I like trying new flavors, but I keep going back to chocolate peanut butter.
I also use their HMB/creatine. The taste isn’t my favorite, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to do, so I stick with it.
One thing that really stands out to me is that their products are third-party tested and actually work. That’s a big deal for me, and it’s why I trust and continue to buy from them.
On top of that, their customer service is incredible. I’ve had a couple of issues in the past, and both times they went above and beyond to make it right. I’ve never worked with another company that stands behind their products like this—they truly do whatever it takes to make sure you’re happy.
I would highly recommend this company.

My order was delayed by their delivery provider for more than a week, so I contacted customer service, and they sent me another order, which was delivered in just a few days. Best customer service and best service.

Transparent labs sent me the wrong product. I’ve been trying to reach out to them via email and calls. No response. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Never ordering from them again.
