Resolved an error very quickly

Clunky payment scheme.
It required several manual interventions to accept an quote and pay our invoice. We got a quote, than had to manually ask for an invoice. Then, we paid a 50 GBP deposit a week ago. Today, we tried to pay the balance and got an internal server error when we clicked on the link in the invoice. There should be a link on your main Web page saying "Accept Quote" and "Pay Invoice" without requiring two manual correspondences.
That being said, this rating is only for the booking experience. Perhaps the actual drive will be wonderful.
