Booking easy but But Bad thing is after ticket booking PNR generated price will jump 46000 to 51000 thousand. When i asked for cancelation they told Refund process 6 to 7 working days what can people do if they want to travel in emergency and they dont have sufficient money. We would like to inform you that we have booked the tkt and due to some confusion that was booked without baggage and when i spoke with Prince from there team he said we have to pay curtain amount and baggage can be added however after making the payment he said the baggage cant be added and as per him we can get the 50% refund in case of cancellation but later he denied that we will not any amount but as per the airlines some taxes will be refunded which traveasy team is denying so we should not use there services. as per the rule date change is possible in everyairlines with some penalty which is also being denied by the Traveasy team,

We would like to clarify that for this B2B booking, you knowingly selected a no-baggage fare at the time of booking, despite your extensive experience in ticketing. Prior to ticket issuance, our agent clearly informed you of the applicable baggage charges, which you declined, stating that you would add baggage directly with the airline. It was also explained in advance by our team that, due to the involvement of both a low-cost carrier (LCC) and a full-service carrier in a codeshare itinerary, through baggage cannot be added after ticket issuance because of interline and system restrictions.
Despite these limitations, our team made genuine efforts to assist with baggage inclusion; however, the request could not be processed due to airline system constraints beyond our control. As a goodwill gesture, the amount collected toward excess baggage was refunded in full. Additionally, you were advised by our team, in line with airline policy, that baggage could be added directly at the airport on the day of travel.
Regarding ticket cancellation, you were already informed that the ticket is strictly non-refundable after issuance, as per the airline’s fare rules, and that only applicable statutory taxes (if any) would be refundable.
All actions taken by our team were in full compliance with airline policies, fare conditions, and system limitations. Every reasonable effort was made to support you within these defined boundaries.

Got a good price on the flight tickets
Got a good price on the flight tickets, however on downloading the ticket, saw that the date was wrong (a day before) . Had to call Qatar Airways and re confirm the date as I could not get InTouch with your customer care. Just an area you could improve on. It was quite a scare to see wrong dates on the ticket.
Ok so after your reply seems like you are blaming me for it.
Here's what happened. I booked tickets for the 01.01.26. I got a message saying tickets are booked for the 01.01.26. pls download the e-ticket from the link. On downloading the ticket, I see that the dates to fly on the ticket are for the 31st. Now I don't care further what you review and what you reply here. I have dropped your rating based on your reply which is not true. As a consumer I would understand you making a mistake, but saying it was my mistake when it wasn't will not be accepted. My review was for your improvement,not to blame you.

The fare was completed…
The fare was increased post I completed the payment for my booking and it was confirmed. After the online confirmation of ticket I received a call asking for extra payment in order to confirm my booking my booking and actually receive the details of my booking. If there are any changes in the pricing , the fare should’ve been increased before making the final payment and not post it.

Worst experience i have faced 05th time .they first show low fares and once payment is done they rehect the booking and keep.payments held for some days and then refund .
I tried to book yesterday sxr-doha they told me seat not available. It showed 61600 from their side and they told me have to pay 7400 extra.
I insisted them I am.getting same fare but they denied rather they were very rude .I booked from other portal with hardly price difference of inr 1000 .
We understand fares are subject to availability and are dynamic but when you have system which clearly shows fare .despite that they still do these things
I.will never suggest this to anybody as they have this trend of rejecting booking .
