Just returned from a fabulous holiday in Fuertuventura expertly organised by Lisa our Travel Councillor. Our holiday with Jet 2 was perfect from start to finish and nothing was left to chance thanks to Lisa’s attention to detail. Would definitely return to Barcelo Fuertuventura Mar and will certainly continue to ask Lisa to arrange our hols in future, (already have a Greece trip booked) Thanks Lisa!

A return visit to beautiful Skiathos, Nat was amazing from start to finish of the holiday, finding just the right apartment to fit our needs and juggling change of dates to accommodate us. From the initial phone call to discuss ideas we received a full draft itinerary and were able, with the help of Elliott, to tweak it to create a perfect itinerary.

We felt 100% supported throughout the whole of the trip, connected by WhatsApp to the team in the UK so if we needed help they were there.... they even checked in on us to make sure all was going well during the trip.

In addition we were connected with the local tour guides by WhatsApp so there was assistance on the ground as required.

It would take far too long to mention all the extra surprises throughout the holiday .... suffice to say - WOW, I will never forget my 60th Birthday.

It really was the most memorable trip and I would absolutely no hesitation in recommending Elliot, Katie and Travel Counsellors.

As usual, the setting up process of my trip was carried out very efficiently. And whilst traveling the system kept me right up to-date on all traveling changes that took place.

I think the attention to detail Danielle displayed was first class she was resourceful and went above and beyond. During the air traffic control problems and me being stranded in Malta for 3 days she was on the phone to me at gone midnight in some cases trying to just be useful even though it certainly was not her problem or concern I think if your wanting to work with someone who genuinely cares if you have a good time you should work with Danielle

We booked our holiday to Ikos Aria with Charlotte Curtin. She was superb - every detail was managed and she was brilliant at dealing with our queries and requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Charlotte again.

Travel Counsellors were excellent at pricing holiday options and the holiday to Tunisia was excellent.

Our travel counsellor Lynne was just excellent from the very start, packaging together the perfect cruise with flights, hotel stays before and after cruise, all airport/cruise port transfers etc. checked us in for flights, forwarding boarding passes. On the morning of our holiday departure KLM cancelled our flight five and a half hours before we were due to fly, and Lynne was on hand to take the stress out of the situation for us, ensuring our newly allocated flights were just right, and having to cancel and rebook airport transfers. All this before 7.00am.

Lucy made everything easy! I will definitely use her for any further holidays abroad

Love the hotel, staff food and pool. Been a number of times, usually twice a year. A bit hot last week 37 degrees, but shade, air con and nice people made it fine.

Caroline is always immediately responsive to any contact and goes over and above to help resolve our issues especially with the last two flight cancellations.

Terri was incredible from start to finish.

Booking a holiday when you have so much to juggle with life, work and parenting can be super stressful - especially when you want to get a great deal but make sure the holiday ticks so many boxes for a solo parent traveller. Terri found me the perfect escape for myself and my 10 year old son - which was great value for money and felt high quality.

I had all the information readily available which was luxury given I had 24 hours to turnaround packing as I had been working away - this made my life so much easier.

The trip couldn’t have gone better. My son loved it, I loved it… Only downside - we should have booked 10 days as we didn’t want to leave!

We traveled to Boston and everything that Bicky had helped us with was great. The hotel was in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. The Dagney hotel bar was great with friendly staff, so much to do and see in this walkable city

We had a fantastic experience booking our recent holiday to Majorca with Jane, our local Travel Councillor. She was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and made everything really easy for us.

Jane checked in with us to make sure everything was going well, and when we hadn’t heard anything about our transfer back to the airport, it was such a reassurance knowing we had someone we could contact straight away. Jane was there to help and put our minds at ease.

I honestly cannot recommend Louise from Travel Counsellors enough! She made booking our Disneyland Paris holiday completely stress-free from start to finish. Everything was so well organised, and I had absolutely no complaints at all.

A couple of weeks before we travelled, Louise got back in touch to make sure she had all the last-minute details, which gave me such peace of mind knowing everything was in order. She then posted all of our holiday documents to us in a lovely, organised wallet — complete with a pen! — which was such a thoughtful little touch and made everything so easy to keep together.

Our trip was absolutely magical, and having Louise take care of everything meant I could just concentrate on enjoying it with my family. Her communication, organisation and attention to detail were brilliant.
