Katherine Hobbs absolutely nailed each and every single element of this holiday for us! She obviously listened and knows her stuff. the rea was EXACTLY what we asked for (proper Greece, not gentrified or fancy clubs etc), simple yet comfortable, well located and well appointed apartment, car hire, flight options. the lot! We will be asking Katherine to organise all of our holidays going forward that is for sure ! Very professional and was at the end of the phone when we panicked over something ridiculous at the airport even though it was well out of "working hours" time.

My Travel Counsellors agent put together a package for me - based on my very specific criteria. They tailored it to fit exact dates/times/venues that I requested.
When my flight was delayed they rescheduled my airport transfer at no extra cost.
The personal touch is invaluable, as is the 24/7 support especially when you have issues abroad.
I cannot recommend Travel Counsellors enough for the personal touch and the knowledge that someone is there to support you and rearrange bookings when your travel doesn't quite go according to plan!

It is an IHG hotel and so I expected the food and accommodation to be good. But the staff made a difference by going out of their way to be helpful and make my holiday as enjoyable as possible.

From start to finish, Grant made sure that everything ran smoothly with our amazing cruise trip. Fantastic communication before and after booking. We look forward to getting in touch with Grant again when booking future trips! Thank you for looking after us so well!

Amanda, our travel counsellor, helped sort out a last minute trip to Canada, accommodating all our requirements within record time. Accommodation, different modes of transport and activities. She was on hand to resolve any queries or problems.

Looking for a Mum/Daughter holiday for a week in the sun became really overwhelming and I was going round in circles. I got in touch with Katie Bennett from Travel Counsellors and she was brilliant from the start, taking all the stress away. Marco Williams did a great job finding us yet another holiday experience.
We loved Sorrento and Marco was there when we had a slight hiccup. The hotel was in a great location to explore all the exciting things locally.

If you don’t use a travel agent then Marco is a great reason to actually use an agent.

He books you in , chooses great options based on a consultancy. And is always on hand to sort any issues.

Sally and Matt couldn't have been more helpful in helping organise a recent trip to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. From arranging travel to suggesting restaurants/bars and booking trips, nothing was too much bother. Excellent service from start to finish

Robin was great in organising everything for our trip to Las Vegas and was happy to discuss any changes to our itinerary. The hotels he chose for us were perfect. Everything went smoothly and he kept us informed of any changes etc.
