Justin was a fantastic agent
Justin was a fantastic agent. He assisted me in securing 4 tickets, after the pricing had changed on the website, patiently explaining the process, showing me similar pricing to ensure I was confident that the updated pricing was legitimate and then applied discounts that were available to him to help bridge the gap. He continued to correspond with me via email to ensure I received the ticketing information. Thank you Justin.

Skeptical, but positive,
The help was extremely quick and useful (Rio Rony), but I can't help to think based on other replies I've had the wool pulled over my eyes and fallen for the same trick as others.
My flight was changed from a preferential time to a really untimely one, and up-charged to the sum for £124.76. It is unlikely that I'll be using this service again - but Rio was absolutely fantastic and did his job well.

Steer Clear of this online Travel Agent
A word of advice, this Company cannot honour the prices they promote online, even if you book your flight with them, and they take your money. They will tell you how they cannot get the airline to issue a ticket at the price that they promoted. I have just been through the bait and switch with them and Etihad. So rather steer clear of this one. NOT WORTH TRUSTING THIS ONE
