Horrible customer service and shady business practices. They hide resort fees to offer the “low rates” they falsely advertise.

I was surprised by a $280 bill when I arrived at my hotel, AxelBeach in Miami, which TravelEuro denies any responsibility for.

When I booked my trip, the total price of my package claimed to include “all taxes and fees”.

I tried to resolve this with both corporate and the BBB with zero response from them. Stay away - scammers.

I have my receipts for the undisclosed fees I was charged, including the TravelEuro receipts, which is in violation of U.S. consumer fraud law and H.R. 4489 - the Hotel Advertising Transparency Act of 2019.

H.R. 4489 declares that the practice of charging mandatory fees which are not disclosed WITH the advertised rate of a hotel room (excluding taxes and fees imposed by a government) is unfair and deceptive to consumers. (NOT hidden in the FAQ section of an expansive website).

It expressly authorizes the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to enforce the legislation and also permits State Attorneys General to do so as well, coordinating with the FTC.

Horrible experience. Room was not processed through the actual hotel. Stick trying to resolve but no one on their customer service answers.

You are just giving your money away to these folks. They are not trustworthy at any level. I still have not gotten any of my money back for non-service they promised. Their vendors (like Hilton International) are not helpful or sympathetic to you a "ripped off customer". You would get more satisfaction giving your money to a homeless person.

this site is terrible now im wondering if its even a legit site! i made a reservations for Atlantic city and i wanted to change the date and name on the reservation. i called 2 weeks in advanced with no answer was on hold 4 times for over 30 minutes then the call got disconnected. Sent numerous request for someone to to contact me and no one has yet to respond. i called the hotel and they said i had to talk to them "thru expedia" obviously they have no idea who traveluro is! so im out $135 and no one to complain to this is ridiculous never again and anywhere i see them online i will submit a complain how ever possible.

Booked a hotel for one night in London, arrived and it was closed (has been for 6 months and is going to be for the next 3 years). They did not relocate us and we were stranded in London overnight with nowhere to stay. We received the refund but was left on the streets as two young girls. Do not book or use traveleuro!!!

Booked a bus travel from Paris to London in January. They cancelled the service without letting anyone know and promised to refund, but so far nothing!

Paid for 2 nights in expensive London hotel, upon arrival Hotel advises no such booking. No response from Euro Travel…left waiting for 2 hours for them to supposedly contact the hotel. Forced to spend three times more for 1 night elsewhere. Not impressed as this left my teenage daughter stranded in London with nowhere to stay and her parents massively out of pocket

It has been 10 months I have been waiting for a simple refund of 70 euros because the service was never provided. Why do you refuse to pay back? Why do you "kill" your business by making clients unhappy? If you would have refunded me from the beginning, I will have surely booked again with you another time. Now I have to fight for a small sum and I write bad reviews on your company. I would not have done so if you had simply paid me back. And the worst part is that you said several times that you will refund... But never do. What a pity.

Worse travel site ever. Stay away. Once you make a reservation, you are subject to cancellation fee even if you try to cancel within the hour you make reservation. Once you make reservation, there is no link to cancel it and they hope you get so frustrated that you just forgo your entire reservation cost. Having to need to contact someone and pay a 10% fee to make a same day cancellation is as close to a unlawful scam as you can get.

I bought two coach December 22 2021. For London to Paris, scheduled to leave om December 30th 2021. The tickets were cancelled by TravelEuro on December 26th 2021. I never received any email stating that the ticket was cancelled, i only found out when i called them to purchase extra luggage, They told me a refund was issued. I have been trying to contact TravelEuro by email, whatsapp, and calling for a refund of my 2 tickets and they are not responding. It has been 22 days since supposedly issued this refund and i still have not received it. My emails arent being replied to, my calls aren't being answered, and they read my whatsapp messages but don't t respond. This company is very unreliable and seems like a whole scam!

Booked a coach with them, got to the coach station and the coach number wasn’t appearing. When I spoke to customer service at Victoria they told me this coach was not scheduled and also other people were in the same position. Luckily there was another coach to Paris same day but this was luck because coaches to Europe have reduced significantly. I called and the customer service was horrible, they said that they had sent emails about cancellation when they did not. They told me to write them an email for refund when refunds should be issued automatically and now I’m still chasing them up, very unprofessional please don’t take the risk.

Scam and scam don’t try to book a coach with traveleuro, the coach never came now I’m trying to get my money back they are not replying to my emails.

Don't book with this company, they will take your money and refuse to help you. I had technical issues with their site resulting in duplicate charges to my card that they are refusing to clear up.

Total scam... booked a hotel stay for $700.00. hotel called me and said they couldn't get their payment from traveleuro. I had to provide another $700.00 to pay for my stay. Now waiting on a refund I'm sure is not forthcoming. Do not use...do not use...do not use!!!

We booked a bus from London to Paris. We never saw this bus.
The company promises us to refund us but we are always waiting for it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - beware!! I recently booked through these scammers (wish I saw these reviews) my total was $111 - I’m in Canada, at no time was there a mention or did it show the cost was in USD? So I paid my $111 - 2 days later my Visa debited for $145? As most know these scammers don’t have a number to call, so I started the email chat, it was a mess, they willfully playing dumb about not posting the currency on there site and lead people to believe they are paying on their own countries currency, however charge in USD - talking with them went no where SO now I’m filing a complaint for over charge w- VISA and sending my review to the better business bureaus- these guys should be shut down for this!!

I booked a hotel in Toronto. Invoiced $347.00 + $103.00 Taxes and fees. My credit card was charged $579.20.
The explanation: The company is located in the US. and collect in US dollars. Nowhere did it say charges will be in US $. I paid more than going through the hotel directly. Some Likitty Split group gets involved? This is a SCAM.
