Obtaining funds was straightforward.
The website was easy to navigate and funds were delivered on the expected date. The delivery required a signature which was understandable but hadn't been highlighted when ordering. The currency I ordered was not available from all foreign currency exchanges so not possible to make an exchange rate comparison but it appeared to be reasonable.

I was trying to get Euros at the…
I was trying to get Euros at the Airport and very much given a hard sell for the travelex card by an employee who had clearly been told that was the aim of the interaction. I ended up with something I did not want or fully understand. For instance it came as news to me that if I don't use my card (that I did not want) for a long period then I would be charged £4 per month for the privilege.

Great and safe way to get travel money only slight negative is some of the toll roads in France don't take the card. Apart from that was really good.

Charged for my money twice which left me short on spending money on my way on holiday....
Then had to wait 45 mins for cashier to raise issue once landing back home.
Now have to wait up to 10 days for refund.
