Great experience and very helpful.
From the time I got there till the time I left everything was great, great friendly environment, great choice of holidays, and great staff,the young girl that dealt with me(can't remember her name sorry)had extensive knowledge about the resort I was booking and everything went smoothly, I also asked about other places and she talked and showed me the places on computer which has given me a plan to book another little 3 or 4 day cheap trip before I go on the one I went in to book for, I'd like to thank her immensely.

We recently went to Tenerife
We recently went to Tenerife, also booked with the travel house brynhyfryd. Holiday was fantastic! Everything we wanted and more. So we decided to book exactly the same holiday for next year before we had even got home,so we rang the travel house from Tenerife and they booked it all for us over the phone. No worries,no problems, no hassle,it was literally done in minutes. All our dealings with the travel house have been quick, easy and painless and always given us peace of mind that our holiday is going to go without a hitch. We will always book with the travel house for all our future holidays.

Absolutely excellent customer service couldn’t be happier!!! Chelsea is absolutely amazing -I had a very specific set of criteria - she knew exactly where to look for the destination, resort and accomodation that fitted my criteria and made the whole process of finding a holiday an absolute pleasure!!!
