Friendly, professional and personal service. We were offered many helpful suggestions and never felt rushed or pressurised. The whole process was made extremely painless and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. We were looked after by Megan and Sophie who were brilliant and kept us informed with follow-up emails and phone calls.

We had a lovely experience booking our honeymoon with I think her name was Sophia. We didn’t really know what we wanted but we knew we wanted to visit family in Spain and then head to a Greek island for an all inclusive holiday and it was a very smooth experience to find everything we wanted. Thank you ladies for some giggles holiday searching with you.

Sophie made our experience great. She is very polite,helpful and patient. We can have a laugh and a joke while at the same time Sophie remains very professional. In our opinion Sophie should have a promotion and pay rise as she is very dedicated to her job. We always use Travel house as they make it a relaxing experience booking our holidays.

Called in for information on hotel holiday in Spain and historical guided tours of Greece next spring.
This information was provided in a professional but friendly manner. Returned the following day to book the Spanish holiday. Megan was on her own in the office. As we were going through the payment process a customer came in to return small amounts of euros, Although Megan asked her to wait, she sat down next to us while we were discussing payment details. As soon as the payment was made but BEFORE the transaction was completed Megan got up to process the euros transactions, leaving me unattended for between 5 and 10 minutes. As I was in the process of spending over £2000 with you I found this disconcerting. I appreciate the woman customer was her ex secondary school teacher was trying to intimidating her, but I feel more staff training in dealing with these situations would be beneficial.
