Online Deception
I was trying to make a booking online and came across Travel House, where they were offering what appeared to be a good deal. I called and spoke to Keven (that's what he said), who initially confirmed that the offer included two checked bags of 23 kg each. He then changed his statement and said that the offer included only one bag of 25 kg.
I pointed out that the offer advertised online clearly states that it includes two checked bags of 23 kg each. He then said that the line was breaking up and hung up the phone.
This is deceptive and misleading. I have a recording of the entire telephone conversation, as well as screenshots of the offer displayed on the website, which clearly show what was advertised.
