I do not recommend the Prime service…

I do not recommend the Prime service offered by Travelink.
The service is presented in a way that makes it very easy to subscribe, but cancelling it is extremely difficult. There is no proper cancellation option available through the user account. Instead, customers are directed to a single phone number, which appears to be constantly busy and effectively prevents cancellation.
This creates a situation where users are pushed into continuing a paid service without a reasonable way to terminate it. In my experience, this approach is not transparent and raises serious concerns about fair customer practices.
I strongly advise others to avoid subscribing to this Prime service unless a clear and functional cancellation process is provided.

The first and last time I bought a ticket through them

I bought tickets and flight cancellation insurance 28.02.2026 through a disreputable company. The company, known as Travellink, didn't notify me of the flight cancellation 19.03.2026 Sharjah-dubai and insisted that I contact the carrier directly. On March 14, 2026, the airline canceled the flight. There was no money, and Travellink was not taking any action. Moreover, they made me some kind of subscription for 99€ which needs to be cancelled only through the contact center by writing a letter, there are no other options.

This is fraud

This is fraud, DO NOT USE IT. They claim you can cancel travels. I was given a number to a insurance company i Norway. No insurance, bull shit. Extremely disaponted

I had frozen the price of my flights…

I had frozen the price of my flights but I couldn't activate the frozen price in the app. so I had to buy the tickets with the regular price that had gotten higher. I even tried to call but couldn't get hold on anyone before the time went out.

Fake prices

Just avoid it all together. They constantly show fake prices when searching for your flight tickets and after putting in a lot of information and also your card info they say the price has unfortunately gone up. Seen this on multiple occasions and tried it out many times just to be sure so they have for sure put it in system. Just save your time and book somewhere else.

The problem was solved

BE CAREFUL!

When you buy ticket they give you a "discount" and ask you to be a prime member which is 889 dkk annual.
this is automate and I didn't see the membership price while I was in payment procedure.
and if you want to cancel the prime membership you should install the app and then go against the best ux design to find "cancel online" buttom.

Travellink managed to waste around 1 hour of every customer they have.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. After the ordeal we’ve been through, I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others: Do not book through Travellink.

What started as a simple booking turned into a complete logistical and financial disaster. Here is why you should stay far away:

Non-Existent Customer Support: If anything goes wrong, you are on your own. You will be stuck in endless phone queues or looping through a useless chatbot. Getting a hold of a real person who can actually help is virtually impossible.

The "Blame Game": They take zero accountability. When issues arise with flights or bookings, they blame the airline. When you call the airline, they tell you it's Travellink's responsibility. You become a helpless middleman in their game of passing the buck.

Refund Black Hole: Trying to get your money back—even when you are legally entitled to it—is an exhausting battle. They delay the process for months and try to hide behind "administrative fees" that eat away at your refund.

Reliability Issues: We experienced discrepancies between our confirmation and the actual booking, which caused massive stress and complications during travel.

The Bottom Line: Travellink might save you a few dollars upfront, but it will cost you ten times more in stress, wasted time, and potential losses when things go sideways. Save yourself the headache and book directly with the airline or a reputable agency.

Never again.

I went to Travellink website to check…

I went to Travellink website to check for flights from London to Toulouse. I saw they had EasyJet on site. I went to book it and was so surprised to find out that they charged me over 120 eur more, than I could have got directly by booking with EasyJet website. They were advertising some Prime membership that you can save money on hotels, car rentals etc. However, they forgot to mention that they overcharge for the flights if you book through their website. It's like a scam. Be careful and don't do the same mistake as I did!
