Warning: Scam

I booked and paid for the Green Bursa Tour, but nobody came to pick me up. I was completely left stranded.
I contacted the company to complain, and they promised me a full refund. However, it has now been 15 days, and I still haven't received my money back. To make matters worse, they no longer respond to my messages or emails.
I'm giving one star only because I can't give zero. This is a scam: they took my payment for a service that was never provided. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
