I needed some sharp sand to Finnish of a job and called into Travis to collect 15 small bags , I was shocked at the price of £93 , although I'm trader ,I couldn't gets any discount because I didn't have a account with them , had I gone back into Reading selco branch it would have cost me approximately £55. Complete rip off

Jeremy the driver was an absolute diamond. He saved me so much work by dropping the delivery into my back garden.
He had to negotiate overhead cables, a 6ft fence and a washing line.
It was amazing to see the skill with which he operated the crane.
I can't praise him enough.

Yes very good top marks AAA+ all staff trade counter and kitchen and bathroom and yard staff at this company both male and female are very helpful. also the delivery drivers an important part of the company aswell as they have to take stuff to all areas locally and have all the hassle of parking and unloading etc.

Andy from Wolverhampton has just delivered materials for our extension. He was polite and courteous and explained the risks around placing the lorry on our block paved drive and suggested an alternative method of offloading the materials onto a position on the drive, which I was more than happy with. He got the delivery completed efficiently. Andy had a lovely manner about him. Very helpful.

The Tewkesbury branch of Travis Perkins always gives great service. The staff are friendly and happy to help, making each visit easy and pleasant. Whether I go in for supplies or need advice, I am met with a smile and good chat. Richard in sales is especially helpful and cheerful. Jez, the driver, delivers to hard-to-reach places and never complains. The team know their stuff and make sure you get exactly what you need. I recommend this branch if you want good service and a friendly atmosphere.

Gavin from Hamworthy arrived slightly before time slot for the delivery of sub base, but was cheerful and upbeat, very professional. Took challenges of reversing down our road in his stride, and placed the delivery of the 800 kg bags exactly where needed. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Just had a delivery from T.P
Just had a delivery from T.P. at Barry in South Wales. The delivery itself was prompt and on time, but it was the T.P. operative that impressed the most. Name of Lewis I think, polite, and very helpful, went out of his way to complete the delivery. I would recommend this supplier in a world where poor service elsewhere is commonplace.

Poor service
I used one of the Bournemouth branches and paid for a delivery on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday only to get a call on Corday saying it can only be delivered Monday. I then had to take some items of the list as I needed them asap to not even get my money refunded after they said they would so now I have to chase around for it.
