Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 37 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many customers are satisfied with the quality and performance of the tires, noting they ride well, provide good traction, and look great on their vehicles. Some consumers appreciate the quietness of the tires, even with aggressive tread patterns, and commend the company for upgrading orders when specific tires were out of stock. The ordering process is often described as quick and efficient, with many planning to purchase from the company again due to positive experiences with the product and service. However, some people were dissatisfied with significant delays in receiving their orders, with several reporting long waits and difficulty getting updates on shipping. A few other people also felt that the tires had premature wear, experienced blowouts, or had issues with belts slipping and treads separating, leading to concerns about durability and warranty fulfillment. Additionally, some customers received incorrect tires or found that certain tires could not be balanced correctly, indicating quality control issues.

Love the tread depth and the price is great. However the first tire had the tread blow completely off of it at 3500 miles damaging the underside of the bed if my truck. Sure glad it wasn’t a steer tire at 70 MPH

Over all great tires

Over all great tires. I must have an extremely hard size to find ( 265 75 16. )

But I did have to wait like 5 weeks for tires to show up,but when I did call them they were very quick to correct issues and get tires coming.

Outside of that I've put about 1,000 miles on truck since tire install. With an alignment. And they ride smooth can even tell there remolds

Plus the tread is very good looking and aggressive and handled our big snowstorm very well.

Only complaint is that I didn't buy all 4 and only got 2 of the all terrain
Can seem to find them again

Junk tires can not be balanced

Got a set an 3 out of the 4 have excessive runout. Normal tires usually go up to 20-25 lbs of runout. These are over 80 pounds worst is 105, using road force balancing. Essentially this means these tires are junk and can not be balanced.

Bought the tires a few months back

Bought the tires a few months back, stored them in garage stacked on their sides(not upright). After I felt my current tires are worn enough to replace, I just put these on. Tires seem to be flat spotted maybe in storeage. Rough vibration up until about 45mph. Hoping they would have corrected but no avail.

Was kind of hesitant but am 100% pleased.

So far they are amazing tires. Have them on my 08 F350 and loving them. Going to get a set for my 2012 ram 3500. The only issue I really have is they are not the same size as a virgins. Speedometer is off about 5 mph.

Bad Tires and Bad Company

Bought 4 new tires and purchased extended warranty had tire store mount and balance tires upon leaving noticed small vibration went back to tire store they said it is probably from the type of tread it is. After driving approximately 2000 miles truck started shaking really bad. Went back to tire store and they could not balance tires said all 4 tires had bad tread on them. Called Treadwright tires to file a claim. Uploaded pictures of tires. Lady representing Treadwright tire claimed my shocks are bad (installed new shocks before buying tires) and claimed that tires have been improperly balanced. Treadwright refused to honor warranty I purchased. 3 tire stores say tread is bad on all 4 tires Treadwright will not honor warranty and refuses to replace my tires. I see a lot of other people having the same issue with their tires and treadwright using the shock and improper balance defense to not replace tires. This company is bad and so are their tires. They do not honor the warranty you purchase

I love my new tires

I live in the mountains, I have only put 2,500 miles on my tires, since I bought them a couple months ago. I have driven in just about every weather or road condition I can think of, snow, mud, flooding, city, country, and mountains. I have not have to put on chains once this year. I have a Ford F250 diesel 4x4, and we have had several feet of snow and my tires are holding strong. I tell everyone I know about Treadwright Tires, and how wonderful they are.

Do not use on 3/4+ ton trucks!!!!

Had the rear tires on my RAM 2500 wear out in 5000 miles because I ran them at the factory tire psi rate. TW claims that my truck requires a 12ply even though they come stock with a 10ply. They offered me a 75% refund but I requested two new rear tires which they sent me. Took the tires to be mounted and the tec told me they were unable to mount them due to a defect. Contacted TW again and their response was that the tires are fine. I requested that do to all the issues that I would like to return the tires and just get the 75% refund but they told me that the best they could do now was 50% refund plus I would have to pay $45 per tire restocking fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEIR PRODUCT IS JUCK ALONG WITH THEIR WARRANTY....

Tires are great.... the shipping of the tires was horrible. I received them approximately 1 month after the original estimated arrival time. Customer service was very pleasant, however the only answer i kept getting is that it will be next week. After that said date come and went id call again only to recieve the same answer but with a different date.

Watch what you spend your money on

So where do we start. I bought the Warden 2 in 295/65/20. When I got them they looked good so I waited about a month to mount them. I was out in the shop when Discount Tire mounted the tires so I could pick the truest one for the front. I'm a machinist by trade so I am used to looking for radial run out. All the tires had more then I expected but the ones we put on the back were 3/16 or more total run out. With this being said we balanced them and I tried them. I put about 200 miles on them before taking them to a different shop to see if we can get the vibration out of them with no luck. I'm on my 4th balance job and all we tend to do is move the shack to a different miles per hour range. Now I have tried to reach a person to talk to there with no luck. I'm on a fixed income and these tires were going to take me into retirement but I can't drive my truck like this so I'm going to have to take money I don't have and buy new tires. Also when I had the tires balanced the last time we noticed the piece of rubber they cover the old carcass with is coming apart. This is all with less then 1200 miles on the tires. There warranty process is built to discourage the customer from using it. All in all the tire is ok if you are on a farm but junk for the road. Just save your money and but quality tire you will be happier in the long run.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could!!

I'd give them 0 stars if I could!!! I bought 4 275/65r20 AXIOM II tires. After about 6 months or so the tread started to separate from the tires, so I called the warrantee department and explained to them what was happening with them. They told me to email pictures of them and the lettering and numbers on the sides of the tires and the date I bought them with the receipt, so I did. The lady on the phone told me yes, they are still under warrantee, and they would look at the photos and get back to me in 2 weeks and never did!! So, I called them back and they got real nasty with me and told me that they weren't going to replace them. So, I tried reaching out to them again to get them replaced and no one would talk to me about the matter. Needless to say, I'm very displeased with this company and their product is horrible!!
