I have used Treasure House for many years and have always been really happy with their customer service, delivery is always on time or early and everything is packed with care, they stock some excellent brands and are my one stop shop for everything I need! Favourites of mine are Mehron paradise paints and celebre foundations. Love love love!

Dreadful customer service

Ordered an item on line. Money taken. Never received, never even had an email and had to contact them.

I telephoned to be told they would refund item but no real apology just told ‘website down’ and would receive refund.

No customer service skills used. Didn’t even ask what it was I’d ordered!!

I’d avoid

£190 Order placed 1 month ago my daughter has started college and still no make up delivered.
Each time I email I get a response saying deliver will be made this week. Still waiting. This is shocking service.

i HAVE PUT THE PRODUCT IN THE SHOPPING BASKET 3 TIMES, AFTER ALL THE RIGMAROLE OF CREATING AN ACCOUNT, AND CANNOT FIND THE SHOPPING BASKET OR THE "BUY NOW" BUTTON ANYWHERE.
HOW DO YOU BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE?

I’d never heard of this website before and was sceptical with only 2 reviews on trust pilot and such massive discounts on products but I need not have worried. All of my items arrived in perfect condition, postage was fast and I was kept updated with the progress of my order. I’m really happy with the service 😊

Am just starting out getting into effects make up and after hours of research I found that I can't get a lot of brands in the UK and it's extortionate money wise. So I was delighted to discover a site-wide 30% off and free delivery on treasure house. Cut down a £60 bill to £40 and all the obscure brands -- mehron creamstick make up in perticular (couldn't find this anywhere else) were there.

Ordered it all and didn't receive a confirmation email tight away. This spooked me a bit (cause £40 still a lot of money)) so hurriedly phoned them the next morning and got through quickly -- the woman on the phone reassured me that they were having issues with their system and that they had received my order. At that point, they noted one of the items they didn't have so it would take a little longer. I was expecting to wait a few weeks but low and behold the items came the following Tuesday! (I'd ordered on the Thursday night).

All present and correct. Really happy with the delivery time and price they were offering for too quality brands. Fantastic service.

Terrible customer services.

Placed £600 order which said delivery within 7 days. Over 4 weeks later still nothing. College has started and projects are being worked on with no materials save what I have at home, or what the college has left over from last year. No communication from the company to state there is a delay in one item to them.

When I called to chase up the delivery and asked why there had not been any communication as to where why or what, with an option to take delivery of all except one item, with that item on back order for delivery when available, I was told, " if we called everyone we have dealings with we would not get anything done". sorry not my problem, look up the definition of customer service.

Would not recommend, only used them because they are the only supplier to the college. disgraceful.
