This Bogus Company actually rates 0 stars - that's right zilch

Placed an order on 12/30/10. Charge card was charged on the day of the transaction. Checked status of order 2 wks later. Order was "processing." Sent email msg asking for delivery ETA. No response. Have since sent 5 e-mail msgs & made 1 long-distance phn call. No response to anything. Am disputing my credit card charge for merchandise not received & will be filing formal complaints to the BBB & to the AG's Offices. I wish that I had seen these reviews before ordering. All of it is true. This company should not be in business.

Don't Buy.

i ordered a t-shirt, credit card charge immediately and after 2 weeks i checked the order, which stated that it was 'in the final stages of ordering, unable to chnage of cancel'. I wrote an e-mail to the company, once a week for 2 weeks, with no response. So after 4 weeks I called and left a message (they screen calls). i found out through the BBB who owned the company and tracked her down on facebok and sent a message through their too. The next day i reported to BBB and then after ALL that i got a response. Not a very nice one. The 'owner' stated that they dd not have that shirt and she sent me e-mails (BULL), and that I was not giving her a chance to refund me before I reported her to the BBB. (I left it on the voice mail I was going to take the next step if no contact made before closing day). I got my refund a week later, I replied with am e-mail stating I would write negative review on all sights about this company, because of the AWEFUL customer service and selling items not in stock is wrong (without letting us know). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Charges card immediately and doesn't have item in stock

Waited beyond an acceptable amount of time. Never answered emails or phone calls. Finally received an email stating that they only received 3 from the manufacturer and they had 14 on order. This is after 1+ months. I don't expect to receive a refund, but I have yet to see it.

It's been a month...credit card has been charged. No items. They don't return calls. Don't buy from them!
