Not inherently bad, but sadly the quality of the bottles are pretty bad and they are WAY overpriced. The tea itself is also very expensive. 5 euro for 15 bags.. and if you want to make ice tea they recommend 4 bags lol? Why not sell it loose then? Because the supplier doesn't sell it loose, that's why. Their muesli is pretty good but they missed the mark with Tea.

ALWAYS check out chinese webshops to see if you can find an identical product there in large quantities. Dropshopping is still very popular.

Bought the glass tea jug with sif. Upon arrival I noted the handle was cracked and only barely hanging on.
As I paid just under 50euros for it I thought it very expensive for such poor quality.
I did receive a new one within 2 weeks and customer support was very polite and quick.
However, a bit apprehensive how long it will last as the glass seems very thin.
Apparently it can also not withstand high temperatures which seems ridiculous as it is designed to make tea in and therefore should be able to tolerate boiling water.
All in all, too expensive for the poor quality.
I let myself be charmed by the pretty package unfortunately

Absolute scam. The prices are ridiculous for just some normal tea. Just go in a grocery store or a tea store, it costs much less and the teas are way better
