Ordered a £65 Olive tree

Ordered a £65 Olive tree. Paid for next day delivery. Turned up 3 days late. Box looked like it had been kicked about the place and out the back of the van.
Emailed when was late. They stated ordered another tree and we will give free postage….tree hadn’t even arrived yet they wanted me to order again.
Emailed again when finally arrived, as it was half dead, broken branches etc.
sent photos which they said didn’t show the issues, even though I had circled all the broken branches.
Refused to give refund even of the postage.
Do not buy from theses guys. Ask your local garden centre instead

Really poor

Really poor. Ordered a rose bush which arrived nearly dead. Emailed a complaint but got no reply & had to chase by phone. refund eventually given after further chasing.
Would not use again & would not recommend.
