Horrible support from this company

Horrible support from this company. I bought a laptop and the battery expanded to the point it was like a huge bubble under the keyboard. I was told to send it back and they will fix it under warranty. Great. Well, the package get there and then they refused to take the laptop. Money spent to send it via Priority Express and no refund to compensate my expense. Then I emailed them back and no response back for over a year. Until today and they tell me it is no longer under warranty. Of course it is, you took over a year to get back to me. Now I have a useless laptop which I am afraid to use, just in case the battery blows up.
Do not buy their products

My kid accidentally dropped the…

My kid accidentally dropped the Notebook and glass window screen cracked. I took it to the place where I bought it and they said to call Trekstor customer service. I sent an email and no response. I kept calling and the line was busy for 24hrs. Such a huge mistake to purchase this product. I recommend to all don't buy their product. If anything goes wrong, you wont get any support and you have to trash it.

Terrible Customer Service and lack of…

Terrible Customer Service and lack of aftercare service for a device which was obviously faulty which they decided was not under warranty (despite being only months old). An expensive mistake buying the product and dealing with TrekStor. Avoid both their equipment and customer service at all costs.

Dont waste your money!!!

Bought two of these for use in a care home..... they lasted 3 weeks before quite literally falling apart.

Battery life is also shocking as is the after sales service!

Being returned and buying a more reputable brand

Replacement process was painless

Bought a new £150 Trekstor laptop from Amazon. The laptop's keyboard failed just after 30 days (only the keys on the bottom left corner worked), and Amazon didn't want to take it back because it was over the 30-day return policy. I feared I would have a crappy experience trying to RMA it to Trekstor, but the process was very straightforward. I sent it to Germany and got sent back a replacement laptop within 2 weeks. It does seem to be a different unit rather than them having fixed the defective laptop.

Obviously I can't give them 5 stars because a new laptop used for 1 month is not supposed to have such a glaring hardware fault. But the RMA experience was much better than I hoped for.

New Surfbook W1 with big problems without solution

I bought a new Surfbook W1. I found problems in it, so I sent it the service center. They return it with a new problem. Again I sent it. Again they return it with a new problem. I lost my money. They refuse to let me speak with their manager. I am using now another brand.
