The site is 100% legitimate

The site is 100% legitimate, some of the offers some times dont pay, but that is mostly related to the third parties that provide them. For its part tremor games will deliver the games that you order with your earned points.

Its true that the quality of the offers/surveys has gone a bit down the drain and it takes far more effort to get the same points now versus what it was a few years ago, but I guess that is partly the market adjusting.

Support is there but its not very easy to deal with, still... it is there and has helped me several times in the past.

Mostly good

Mostly good, could be better.
I think the site is good overall, and I've earned around $2000 in games because of it... but, it's increasingly more difficult to earn Tremor Coins as more poor survey providers are added. Many of them will not pay out upon completion, even after disputing the fact. Those survey providers should not be making money from people via Tremor Games and I think there needs to be better monitoring of the performance and payout of survey providers to Tremor Games' members.

Worst than hell.

The site was amazing. I would go play some games to earn coins and do some offers as well. Sometimes the offers didn't pay. I just shrugged them off and went to the next one. I've managed to save lots of money on here too, but and this is a VERY big but. Their support is awful. One day I go to login (Note: while never having a proxy on) can't login. I say ok, and send emails to support. I do what they say still can't login. I email them back saying that im not getting the password reset. They email me a new one. Ok. I try with the new one they provided i Still can't login. Then nothing from them after. I email them again and they tell me to do everything they said before again. And then they say something is wrong with my account and they would have to investigate. Almost 2 months later still nothing. Thanks for nothing a$$ holes.

Reliable Company & Great Customer Support

Excellent company, always delivers and provides great rewards for easy tasks. Never had a problem for the past few months I've been using this website. Do not blame this site for problems caused by offer walls, they have no control over it, you should contact support of the specific offer wall you used.

Absolutely horrible company. No regard for its customers.

So i redeemed some stuff and waited for the company to review it. After they allowed trade i was told to add the trade bot and trade with it. well i couldn't add the bot because i haven't spent enough on steam so i made a post on forum help on what to do. After looking around i saw some posts saying i have to spend enough money to add the bot in order to get my stuff. so i did spend money, came back, and bam! I was banned. The reason? for using proxy. the only time i used proxy on the site was when i first made the account and logged in with it, and I used it for like 3 seconds, turning it off when the site told me i couldn't use it. So after using 3 sec of proxy when i first made the account I had no troubles accumulating coins over time and the site didn't warn me of anything. Then the bot adding thing happened and suddenly i was banned without any warning whatsoever for using a proxy... even though i haven't used it on the site other than that 3 sec. I tried to contact them in any way possible but when ur banned u can't even get on the site, they reject all emails from u, and yeah... they just don't care. The company has terrible customer awareness and just... awful. I'm not the only one who got banned for no reason btw; I found so many cases on the internet. and ALL are ignored by the company. So if ur looking to earn stuff from tremor games then just look for another site. scrap.tf has free public/puzzle raffles where u can earn some stuff.. I earned a decent amount off of it.

Btw i think this is my first time giving a company/business a review of 1 star. But this is how I truly feel about this company.

Extremely annoying spam fest.

Yes, you can get "free"* games from it. Be sure to use an expendable mail account to sign up because you will get spammed to oblivion. I get 50 junk mail in two days time and its been two years from the last time i used it. When i contacted them in order to unsubscribe from their mail lists and/or delete my account they smugly replied "We do not entertain these requests". Use a dummy mail do not be naive, like me. I hope the site gets burned.

*You get cheap steam games by doing offers/advertisements/browser game achievements.

Works if you stick with it

I'm a sucker for puzzle games so I actually play a lot during down time. This site is clunky but you do earn points/coins while you play, I guess because the site is plastered in advertisements.

Stay away. Scam site who doesn't pay for offers completed.

Like the most of these types of places, site is just there to farm user data and get you to work for them.
Problem is when they refuse to pay you, saying you aren't eligible.

Tremor games will state that the "campaigns" are from the advertisers, and that it has no way to resolve issues / contact advertisers.
Yet they BLATANTLY keep featuring such scams on their page, despite the complaints.
So, it's safe to say that tremor games is guilty of scamming by association.

Avoid the site at all cost, avoid it's users (And respective reflinks galore) too. If you want to work to fill other people's pockets, by all means, use the site.

Scam site

This site is a scam, you can work for days doing offers and when you earn a lot some day you can't enter into the website because you've either been banned or their crappy IP checker does not work.

Support is non-existent, they ignore every single request.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Play flash games all day to get steam game keys

I have gotten 24 Steam game keys so far from them, and at this point can tell you that they really do give you Steam game keys. I was also a bit skeptical at first since they basically give away Steam keys for free (technically not free if you complete offers for which they get paid and you only get tremor points).

Why Im not giving full 5 stars since those offers are from 19 different ad companies and some of them DON'T give you any tremor points for completing the tasks. Also most of the offer are located in the US and as an European I don't have time nor money to start changing my IP (which is also prohibited by the website rules) and European countries have so little offers that it's easier just to buy the game in the end than collect points for days just to get some 5$ game.

Oh and completing achievements in flash games gets you just a little amount of points, and takes whole day just to get 100 - 150 tremor points. On my opinion this is pointless since cheapest Steam games cost 99 points.

Randomly bans users to avoid any payment to the users.

Randomly bans users to avoid any payment to the users.
I earned enough for a 15€ giftcard but was banned without comment before recieving it. Shortly before the admin wrote me, that it take longer because i use proxies, which i dont do. Actually i only used the site for 2 days and restarted my router several times to install an update on it.
They propably only wanted to avoid to pay out the money they recieved from the providers.
