Sorry for typos in the text - -but how that can accomodate a 1 star review I dont understand. Also what information are you missing, Clearly stated that the delivery time is very long on the new Vase that you ordered. rather harsh and un-deserved critque of our team.

Lack of information.
Item was sent and delivered almost two weeks after the date written on the product page. Their service team said it was HAY’s fault, which it might have been, but TB should have updated their information on their site.
Also, before purchasing, I spoke to someone over the TB live chat service (which is nice) about the bulb the lamp would take. I had to chat them because there was no information on the product page. I was ensured it would take an E27 bulb. Come to find out the lamp takes two G9 bulbs, which won’t work for us and out HUE lighting system.
Mega bummer all around.
