Dishonest business with buggy surveys, rude support, and shady practices

Several surveys make you answer multiple questions for multiple (e.g. 25) minutes and then (sometimes after being completed) say they're full or "do not meet the qualifications" and credit you nothing (?!).

Reply-to e-mail address doesn't work, forwards you to a webpage and requests you fill out a form there.

Automated e-mail replies state "Please do not respond" in the subject and "Please type your reply above this line" in the body (?!).

Ridiculously-developed surveys update the "Next" button to a wrong answer shortly before you press them, advance automatically despite the "Next" button not being pressed, and automatically disqualify you (?!).

Cannot resume surveys.

Surreptitiously inflated payout amount requirements 25%, now requires €12.50 instead of €10 to pay out to PayPal.

Otherwise good. It does work and pay.

Update (09/18/2024): Surreptitiously removed PayPal payout option, now you can only redeem store vouchers.

Update (09/25/2024): Surreptitiously restored PayPal as a payout option and added random 5% fee.

Update (01/06/2026): It enshittified. Now you complete surveys but are disqualified in the end and receive nothing.

Update (04/28/2026): Another completed survey that conveniently errors out in the end and doesn't pay. Reported. They replied 4 days later stating it closed/ended and they can't help (?!).

Update (05/05/2026): Support replied again rudely claiming they can see clearly the survey is closed (it wasn't when I completed it), I didn't complete it (I did), and no points will be added. I wonder why they reply anonymously.

Update (05/06/2026): They finally compensated after I threatened legal action.
