I am a single Asian-American woman who went to Trianglen for a consultation with Kåre Rygaard after a failed IVF cycle at Vitanova, another fertility clinic in Denmark. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling dismissed, embarrassed, and uncomfortable. The whole consultation lasted 15 minutes. During that time, Kåre Rygaard and his nurse spoke to each other in Danish in front of me, which I found rude and inconsiderate given that I do not speak Danish. He also left the consultation partway through and just left me sitting there in the room. When he came back to our consultation, I asked him on two separate occasions why he believed my previous IVF cycle had such poor outcomes. His response was abrupt and forceful, stating that he was repeating himself and THAT IT IS JUST BIOLOGY. His manner and tone were so startling it left me feeling intimidated and unsure of how to respond. I was shaken, frozen and did not know how to react in the moment. Two weeks later, I was scheduled for a follow-up Zoom appointment with another physician Christina Norrboom, to discuss the treatment plan. I waited on the video call for over 30 minutes without any communication from Trianglen staff informing me that she would be late or unavailable. I attempted to call and email the clinic during this time but received no response; I was just left hanging there waiting for Christina Norrboom.
Based on these experiences, I did not feel comfortable proceeding with treatment at Trianglen. I ultimately chose another clinic where the staff were professional, communicative, and respectful, and where care was more personalized. I went on to have a significantly better experience and a fantastic outcome with many euploid blastocysts. I essentially wasted a lot of time and money at Trianglen. I paid over 200 Euros consultation fee to get gaslit and yelled at by the doctor. There was many reasons why my cycle failed at Vitanova and I went to Trianglen to get another opinion and instead of offering me testing to figure out the medical reasons as to why my previous cycle failed, I was cheated out of time, money and also was left humiliated and gaslit. I am sharing this review so others can be aware of my experience and make informed decisions for themselves. This review reflects my personal experience with Trianglen.

Professional, very varm and friendly atmosphere and exceptional healthcare service throughout. I found each and everyone involved, from first contact, meeting the doctor and the process itself, was genuinly warm and caring for us.

I am extremely happy with the care I received at trianglen clinic while pursuing my dream of becoming a single mother. From the very first visit, the support was unconditional. Every doctor, nurse, and technician I encountered was incredibly kind, warm, and professional.

They always took the time to explain every step of the process thoroughly and patiently, never rushing me. All my appointments were on time, and the staff showed great attention to my cycle days and my individual needs.

Whenever I called with questions or concerns, I was met with helpfulness and a positive attitude. The entire team’s dedication and care made this journey much easier and comforting.

I am very grateful and satisfied with their service, and who knows — maybe I’ll come back in the future for a little sibling!

Our experience at Trianglen was fantastic - after being told by other doctors that our recurrent pregnancy losses were bad luck, the staff at Trianglen looked closer and helped us get further testing which eventually led to a successful round of IVF and a beautiful baby boy. The entire team was amazing to work with and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We are very satisfied with the experience we have at Trianglen Fertility Clinic. Everybody was very helpful, smiley and you feel that they understand you. We had the incemination and my wife got pregnant at the first try. Now she is pregnant for 3 months, no problems so far.

I got pregnant after the 1st IUI at age 39. So far 15 weeks of my pregnancy passed and it has been a safe and healthy journey.

I have been at Trianglen fertility clinic for scanning and medication order to drugstore in 3 years. However in December I called the clinic as always and ask to order medicine with my recipe from Barcelona. When I get home with my order, I found out that they ordered wrong medicine in pills from and I needed as vaginal. I wrote to them and when I went there for scanning a week later, I told the expedient that I wasted 800 kr om wrong medicine. She went in her office and bring me 2 packages and put it in ny hand, said it's for free and I can take it. I said I still have some from Barcelona, but she said I don't need to pay. I paid for my scanning and went home. Now after 3 months they send me a bill! I never used that medicine plus I have 2 packages of medicine that was ordered wrong, in total 1700 kr. Wasted and I feel been cheated twice. It's is sad as patient should get exposed to such! Very angry and disappointed ☹️

Everything was good. I would have liked to see the same doctor, instead I saw always a different person, and that gives a lower feeling of trust/safety. But everything went always well.

We were very satisfied with the treatment and the service at Trianglen Klinik. We were in treatment due to my age (38) and my husband's low sperm count. I stimulated 3 cycles with Gonal-F and at the 3rd insemination we got pregnant. The doctors and nurses were very competent and friendly. The only thing I have to complain about is that after the second failed insemination, we were advised against a third insemination due to the low chances of success. But I listened to my gut feeling and we got pregnant. That's why I advise you to exhaust all possibilities. Great clinic. We can recommend them. Thank you for our little miracle. ♡

The service my husband received at this clinic is unmatched! The staff is absolutely wonderful, and their support during such a scary and difficult time made the experience so much easier. If you are considering this clinic, I recommend it 100%. :)

Hi, no proper appointments were given, there is always full of booked appointments, no slots are available immediately, no time to discuss about our personalised consultation. That's most annoying.
1st IVF failed, bcz slow growth of embryos, no proper information shared while fertilitilisation of eggs. When 2nd ivf, they insusted that bcz of my age, I should go immediate 2nd round ivf, 2nd ivf was failed due to improper growth of embroyos. Now they were advicig to take Q10 tab, why they not advice when 1st Ivf failed.
Now they want to test ovaries, Amh, Fsh levels, why they were not done at 1st IVf, my age is over 42 years. These test has to be done before my 1st Ivf process. Very careless and they ignored important test has to be done before ivf process starts.
Paid lot of money, each treatment cost 29000 kr, medicine bills are separate. There is no proper responses from staffs or doctors for any questions or any queries regarding process of whole process. They simply ignored it. Entire process of Ivf i was consulted by different doctors, they don't know what exactly happening with patients, one will give appointments for scanning after 3rd day of period, other will say 3rd day is not good for scanning. So because of delayed scanning, my Gonal f injection stared on 4th day after my period, it is bit delayed. I got 3 eggs, one was ovulated before egg transfer. Only two eggs were took.
During eggs transfer-2nd Ivf, they made very tough and pain, I got blue mark on my stomach.
Finally, but really felt bad experience with unskilled manner of proffessionism.

Experienced Doctors and nurses. All the time with smile and confidence. Give us hope everytime, they say its possible make us feel better, I admire and respect them for everything the way they do. I am very Glad and thankful to the whole Team.

We went to them to find a donor. They told us the wait would be 4 months. Whenever we asked for an update, they told us ‘soon’, ‘not long now’, never an accurate response. They kept stringing us along for months. When we were offered a donor, we were given very short notice for my partner to get there. (other clinics give 2 weeks).

We asked about exact costs and what was/wasn’t included, they wouldn’t help with any of that information, E.g., I asked about embryoglue, how embryos would be monitored and was told ‘this is not relevant’, I still don’t know if that means it’s included in the overall price or they don’t offer these services.

They absolutely are disinterested and do not care about the couple. I luckily had put my name down with a few other clinics once I realised how awful they were but they wasted about 2 months of our time, which is a lot at age 42. I get the impression that they would rather not deal with foreign couples. I got absolutely no help or advice from them. They don’t seem to understand much of the science behind what we were doing, it seems very much like a commercial venture and if you don’t fit into a standard model, you won’t get any additional help or care. In the end, we didn’t go through with ivf with them, we declined their offer of a donor as we felt that if the service they provided was bad at the start, it would be even worse during the actual ivf process.

Another really frustrating element of dealing with them is their very archaic ‘secure email’ system. They send a text message with a code which you have to use to access any emails they send via their portal. 50% of the time, the messages don’t come through so I’m sure I missed some comms from them.

It’s very disappointing. We had to deal with a lady who was cold, showed no compassion and had no answers. We spoke to the consultant once in 6 months.

This is nothing but a business and money-making venture. They don’t care about the human aspect and you are nothing but a walking experiment. They have zero empathy. They are also incredibly fat-phobic and judgmental, and make you feel worthless if you don’t fit their ideal body type. Every woman deserves to be a mom, and should not be restricted by some biased case studies. If you want your self-esteem and sanity intact, avoid this place

Our experience at Trianglen was neither good nor truly bad but I doubt any of the staff or doctors took any notice of us - we were just another number at their clinic and treated precisely as such.

The interactions were not truly uncaring but we didn't feel seen, heard or properly advised. Our questions weren't answered, standard treatment protocols were followed where they were likely inappropriate for my body and follow-ups were completely useless.
While this clinic is well established and certainly seems to have a high turnover, don't expect personal care or outstanding results.
We spent money unnecessarily and without results but thankfully moved on pretty quickly and without a truly bad experience.

If you just need standard IVF, this clinic could be ok. If you are a slightly more complicated case, probably best look elsewhere.
